Pedicure Massage was great nail polish was terrible she didn't Wait for base color to dry before applying clear top coat Making what was already bad even worse wasn't able to get my nails done because three white women came and the only two people working rushed to their aid I was then asked to come back tomorrow

Went to get my nails with a girl friend and they turned out amazing! Our nails turned out great, the pedicure's were really relaxing, and Ann and Dan are the nicest people making it a really welcoming and relaxing environment. Definitely will be going back from here on out! read more

My daughters and I went on Saturday because I was here 4 years ago and they did great , well this time they did horrible. Absolutely no cuticle care was done on all 3 of us, and my youngest daughters nails just started breaking off on day 3 of having them . Not impressed and will not recommend read more

The inside is very nice and the people are friendly. But me and a friend went to get acrylics and we spent 3 hours there. We went there the previous day and it was going to be a long wait as well and we left because we had other plans. My nails looked nice but they barely lasted a week and a half before they started getting loose and one fell off. Definitely should have lasted longer than that. read more

Walking in the nail salon is decorated nicely and very comfortable. The nail technicians were friendly. My aunt and I had appointments and were seated promptly. The water was cold and never got heated. There were two ... 2... Nail Technicians in the whole place... They're were 4 of us in the salon at the same time. Instead of having the people who walked in wait they had had one technician do my aunt and my feet and one technician so the other ladies feet.. So my aunt had to wait for me to be done and I had to wait for her to get her toes done.. Very inconvenient for having made an appointment. Having said that, my toes looked good and my mission complete on getting a pedicure. For Batavia it's decent but it wouldn't make it anywhere else. read more

Called and asked if I could make an appointment they said no were not busy come in. I came in they told me a half hour. I waited an hour and a half before I got my nails done. I don't know why they wouldn't just take my appointment because now they have a dissatisfied customer who won't return again. read more

This place was an oasis! Beautiful shop with well maintained equipment that took us right in politely without an appointment. We had come from another place where we were horrified by our treatment so we left. The mani-pedi here was a better deal and they use hot stones on your legs as part of your pedi...aaahhhh! I'm just visiting Batavia, but I wish this place was closer because I would visit all of the time. We left feeling beautiful and relaxed. Definitely worth a visit. read more

My Daughter had her nails done here. I could have done a better job! They do terrible work! I told her I wouldn't have paid for such poor service. She said she paid, but will never go back there. I don't blame her and I wouldn't recommend anyone else go there. read more

I have been coming here since moving back to batavia. As with any salon - once you're established as a regular you'll get better treatment. They are always busy but with only 2 of them they have a system that works. Love it here. read more

My girlfriend went to this place because it was close by. Spent $40 to get her nails filled and what not. Seems pretty easy to me, she wasn't even getting new nails done or anything. Just a fill because the under nail started to show. Now as a guy I don't know too much about nails, but I'd assume getting that little itty bitty space filled is easier than attaching a whole new fake nail and getting that done up nice. Well this place screwed up the filling which I assume is pretty easy compared to other things. My girl said it was a waste of $40. By looking at the other reviews here it seems she isn't alone. And why call it 4 nails? There are 10 nails... Maybe its because they give 40% of the effort overall. Update: She has open sores on her fingers from the woman filing. read more

Male nail tech very good. Nice job! Prices good. Shop appeared clean. I only did manicure. The place was pretty busy for a Tuesday but my tech worked quick but still did a great job! The place has plenty of parking. It could use an update on furniture but other than that if I was in the area I would go back. read more

first timer here and this is my new go to place! called around 5:30pm with not super high hopes of them being able to get me in at 6pm the same day..they were able to! right off the bat both the husband and wife which i assume are the owners were super friendly. the wife starts doing my nails and shes making sure to perfect each nail and kills it (in a good way) and is also making small talk with me the entire time (which i appreciated) then she hands me over to her husband and he starts painting my nails. he does an amazing job as well. super pleased with this salon my nails look amazing and it didnt cost an arm and a leg! cant wait to come back! read more
