I had a pedicure with callus removal. I booked online after confirming the price was $39 on the website. When you sit down in the chair, they confirm with you on a little menu with prices what you would like, which I liked! Salon is clean, sanitary, and really welcoming! The pedicure was great both times! Soaking, cuticle removal, nail shaping, a scrub and a lotion massage. The pedicure also included a hot stone rub and hot towel. My toenails look great and my feet are soft again! Definitely will keep returning for this sweet treat!

My fingers were filed and it hurt and there were divots made in my nails all because he kept looking up and away. He told me what type of nail I needed when I came in 3 times with pictures of short, square nails. Somehow they looked like barrels. Told me the polish would fill in the divots. Nope. Had to go back on 2 occasions. He wanted to file the nail in awkwardly angled to get rid of the divot. Service there over the years has become terrible.

On 5/16, I came in to have my nails done after previously having builder gel with tips applied the month prior. The man who did my nails was gruff and he grabbed my hand/began cutting away (painfully) at the builder gel on my nails. I must have looked horrified as he then started angrily exclaiming that the nails were acrylic and had not been done at their establishment previously. Both were untrue and I asked him to stop cutting away at my nails. I was then hurriedly switched to a different nail tech. My nails were cut down per my request but at uneven lengths. The tech pointed this out to me and asked if it was okay. I said I preferred the lengths to match and be more uniform. At that point, the nail tech I started with stood up and told me to be patient and that they were not done. I never complained but simply replied to the second tech's question. As she continued doing my nails, I felt an intense burning sensation in my left index finger. She then applied liquid to the nail that left me even more uncomfortable as the burning intensified -- my nail had cracked through the builder gel to my actual nail. The burning continued and the tech gave me a shy smile. Things were wrapping up and I, once again, felt a sharp burning sensation. My same index finger was burning. The tech profusely apologized as I was now bleeding from the cuticle pretty briskly. I was disappointed as my previous encounters were fantastic and this was very off putting. Upon payment, I was made to feel like I had done something wrong as the gentleman who originally started my nails began chastising me for the entire encounter. I have had my manicures and pedicures last over a month and have typically had a great experience. I will give them another chance but will request to not have the gentleman who was very rude and made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I left very disappointed with the nails as they were not the shape I asked for, had poorly painted lines, and I had cuts on my finger from the drill and file. Having been there for an hour I paid and left, thinking of just leaving a poor review. When I got home I decided to call to make the owner aware as I also didn't want to embarrass the nail tech in person. She told me immediately to come back in and she would fix them. I wasn't able to at the moment and she said any time I could make it in same day she would stop her work and fix them for me. I went back in and she did an INCREDIBLE job, no questions asked, in a remarkably short amount of time. The "vibe" is awful with complete silence and a hostility toward every client that enters (even with an appointment). They even switched my nail tech mid session. The nails I received were barely what i asked for and look so messy. My tech kept cutting me, giving me huge bloody wounds on my fingers and the sizing is way too tight for my nail bed, causing throbbing pain enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. My nails are crooked, lifted, unevenly shaped and entirely the wrong colour. I have never wrote a review for a place until now because of how bad this experience was and continues to be (gonna get these off asap). Don't even go here if it's the last option.
