I had a pedicure here today and it was excellent, He did all of the steps for a full pedicure and my feet look amazing, really nice place!

I'm so happy with the job they did today I will never go anywhere else again! I went in there and got seated immediately. They even let my friend sit there and watch me get my nails done. It only took 55 minutes for my nails to be done. Some places take hours! She even was very careful not to hurt me due to my skin condition. Highly recommend this place. read more

Unbelievable!! At first I was impressed with the new pedicure chairs. A woman was in the back eating and continued sitting back there not bothering to get up and come to help me. I was ready to purchase a gift certificate for my elderly mother that can't reach her feet, and her toe nails are thick. Thankfully I mentioned that. So she has the audacity to tell me to tell my mom that my mom needs to see a doctor for that because no one can do her nails. Ummm excuse you??? How Dare you make such a ludicrous, rude, inaccurate statement!! So I told her no, she certainly does not need a doctor for this, and every other nail salon was able to accommodate her nails. Then I asked her why is this not possible, and she proceeds to show me a regular nail clipper you can find anywhere. I mentioned that there are a multitude of different style nail clippers to get, and she said she will not purchase one!!! This is such poor customer service and clearly she is not prepared or well stocked to accommodate everyone. Absolutely unacceptable!!!! I'm going to assume her service is equally poor in quality. No wonder the place was empty. I strongly suggest going elsewhere. This place is not worth it There's a nail salon on Main Street just next to The Strand movie theater I'm going to check out next. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. And Miss whoever you are that was running the salon last night, get your shit together and take a course on customer service and work on your people skills. I went in for a dip polish change as my regular place did not have any openings. I should have known to be wary since every other place in town was booked and there was no one at VI Nails. Instead of using foil and acetone, the woman working there tried to pull the previous powder manicure off using a premade nail tip. This pulled my actual nail from the bed and it started bleeding. I immediately asked her to just use foil and acetone to remove the old polish and told her I didn't want a manicure anymore. I just wanted to get out of there but I needed the old manicure removed, so I sat with her as she roughly took off the remaining polish while saying "sorry" and "relax" the whole time. I don't like leaving negative reviews of small businesses but this was a horrible experience and I will not be returning to VI Nails. read more

My mom and I came in as walk ins before a graduation. We both got pedicures and my mom got a manicure as well. Extremely clean shop and very thorough pedicure. Super pleased with the service. I would highly recommend VI Nails. Great conversation with the nail tech! Our nails look great! read more

I had to have two nails replaced and asked the woman who works there to do coffin and stiletto shaped nails- she didn't know how. So I asked for a shorter rounded square nail with black gel polish. My nails were (and still are) uneven, there were bubbles in the matte finish and discoloration. When I went back to have her remove the gel she tried telling me that that's what matte gel finish does. I replied back no if you do it wrong, it bubbles- I've never had a matte finish bubble and be uneven. I made her take off the gel polish and when I asked for a reshape- she told me she didn't know how to shape nails. How are you a NAIL salon and don't know how to shape nails?? She rushed and didn't even seem to care about how her finished product looked- seems to only work for the money and doesn't care about her reputation. read more

Me and my friend went here to get acrylics. First there was only one person working there which was fine but when we went to get our nails she asked if we wanted long or short and we said short and she cut them super short and didn't ask what shape we would want to just went and did a weird like Square and then she did not super great job with the painting she missed part of my nails and she said I was done with my nails weren't completely dry but she was really nice I just think that she should've taken more time and took into consideration what we would've liked that's why I gave it one star because I wasn't completely happy with my nails and it cost $35. read more

This was by far the worst nail salon I have ever been to. The woman made almost every single one of my fingers bleed. It is 2 days later and they are still painful. On top of that, she ended up painting my nails with a different color than I had picked out, I had asked for a color called "fine wine" but when she started painting it looked different than the search so I looked at the bottle and she was using "Bloody Mary" which is red and not even remotely purple like the color I had picked. After all of that, my nails do not even look good. The shape is horrible, they are slanted upwards, and she did not even cover the whole nail with the polish. For $55 i at least expect a mediocre experience as opposed to leaving with painful bleeding cuts on every finger read more

I was desperate for a fresh polish and mani since I had broken a nail earlier in the week and my regular salon was booked. I can run and was greeted right away and given a chair since no one else was there. The woman was very nice at first but then started asking questions about my nails and who did them and why I wasn't there getting My mani and I felt like she was grilling me a bit. Then the mani was rushed and the polish job sloppy and she didn't finish my gel with the last step and my nails are still sticky 9 hours later. It took less than 30min for the "manicure" which was basically a gel polish with some lotion slapped on my hands literally. I was shocked when she told me it would be $30! I will not return for service like that and that price. Too bad because that place has potential but the service needs to improve. read more

My nails turned out okay but the owner was very rough with my nails. I have really small fingers and she cut me 3 times. My mom got hers done as well, and 2 of them broke very quickly. She seems to take shortcuts and not care very much about the quality. read more

I visited Vi Nails just a couple of hours ago, I needed a pedicure and manicure for my sister's wedding which is 2 days away. I also brought my boyfriend for a pedicure because he has achy feet and typical unkempt male toenails. I have had several pedicures in the past, and Vi Nails really did not impress me. The massage chairs were nice but that was about it. There was only one employee working while we were there (I guess that makes sense for 1PM on a Wednesday) and she didn't seem like she wanted to give us a good experience. She did not really massage our feet at all, just rubbed lotion over them after a very short exfoliating scrub. She painted my toenails poorly and applied top coat before the color was dry which made them streaky and sloppy looking. The manicure was even worse as she simply clipped my cuticles, filed my nails, applied lotion, then had me go wash my hands all the way in the back of the salon and grab my own hot towel. She painted my fingernails in the same poor manner as my toenails. Overall, I was disappointed that I brought my boyfriend to his first pedicure at a place where they don't do a good massage. Pedicures were $25 each and the manicure was $15. I gave a $5 tip just to be nice. So I spent $70 for a rather poor experience. I won't go there again. read more
