I had a limited time to get my nails fixed in between appointments. They got me in fast and took care of me. Kim was my tech and she was sooo wonderful. I have not had a bad experience since going here. All the techs are so nice and I appreciate them all. Came here for a pedicure with a friend & my stepdaughter, the staff did a great job with her & squeezed her in for a gel manicure. They did so well with her and she loves her nails! The pedicure was relaxing & clean, with a disposable sink liner being used for each client. My wife and I made pedicure appointments at 11:30 to have them done together. We sat down, and within minutes, they started working on my wife. I sat there for over 35 minutes in cold water. I got up and left, as there was no point in me sitting there in cold water when we were supposed to have done it together, as she would be done before me. Who knows when someone will show up? It was very unprofessional, and there was no sense in making an appointment. read more

I went into the salon and asked for a regular pedicure, although the woman was trying to get me to go deluxe. I kept saying no thank you just give me a regular one with gel. She proceeded to do a deluxe pedicure, without my consent, and was rude when I was confused about the price difference. Yelling at me, saying I have to pay her for the deluxe after I told her multiple times I wanted a regular pedicure. She did a good job on my feet, but she created an energy of "all I want is money" and that's not what I look for in any business. I like when people like what they do and respect their clients- and I felt far from respected. read more

So I get my nails done every 2 to 3 weeks I came to this nail salon for the first time ever on a Sunday. I got a pedicure and a gel Mani which cost me $89 in total which is insane. My gel Mani came off on Wednesday so that was three days. I came in to speak with whoever was in charge politely asking for a refund not for the whole thing just for my hands, my pedicure was still perfect. The lady responded so abruptly and rude stating that their policy said they could not give me a refund, so I politely asked her if I could see the policy and that I was not trying to argue and just conversation about the situation and she continued to get loud with me and told me that they did not have one which I saw as very unprofessional and according to New York State law, they need to have a policy in order to tell me that I can't have my refund when I stated this she made a call to another employee there and started doing the math telling me I only spent $25 on my nails which means my pedicure cost me $64 in which I have NEVER spent that much on a basic pedi...and was still not trying to refund me but at the end of the day it was not about the money, it was about the customer service in the way that this lady reacted to me asking her what I could do about this situation when I had picture proof of my nails being fully off again after three days. I've never run into a situation like this and I am just so shocked honestly because I feel I wasn't being treated like a human being in this situation, and was getting no understanding from this lady at the salon. I will never be returning to this salon again, and I do not recommend going here if you want to be treated fairly. I myself do nails and have never ever treated a client like this. I will once in a while go out to get my nails done for a little self-care, but this made me never want to do it again especially at this salon if I could give no stars I would. read more

I got a pedicure today and I can't remember the woman's name but she did and excellent job. This was one of the most relaxing and clean pedicures I've ever had. A lot of places I have gone too they've been too rough with the massage (and I am very ticklish) but she did AMAZING (I almost fell asleep lol)!. 10/10 experience for a pedicure , I definitely recommend. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for a long while now. The family that runs it is such a sweet group. The owner, Amy, always remembers who I am. Since I started going they've really grown. It went from 3 pedicure chairs to six chairs! I've never had any issues with a pedicure or manicure. My toe polish lasts a long while and it is amazing. Depending on who you get they may have a different way of doing pedicures so their consistency isn't all there. But they are the best pedicures ever. They seem like they are always available because I've never had them turn me away. read more

I had a pedicure done and the lady next to me was getting made fun of the entire time and it was disrespectful. My friend was getting her nails done and throughout the entire thing it was fine until she went to get it polished and they walked away to take care of someone else. These people fat shame and are completely and utterly rude to people of color. They do a good job but the morals aren't that great. read more

I had been going to Lotus nails for a long time for both my acrylics and pedicures. Lucas ALWAYS did a fantastic job on my nails but the most recent/last time I went I got a pedicure. Which resulted in me getting cut on my foot several times by utensils they used. The woman who did my pedicure was digging into my toenails as well. After that pedicure both of my big toes were infected and the cuts on my actual foot were infected as well. I was on antibiotics and the pain was horrible. Clearly not properly sanitizing tools/tubs which really concerns me. read more

First time going was a few months back to get a full set, got it and they were very pretty loved them but they lifted a little. Went back for a fill and she took the time to study my nails and nail beds and what techniques would fix my lifting problem and now she's my nail tech been for a while love it here !!
