Finding the right building can be a bit confusing, but they are labeled so that made it easier. The rooms were heated nicely, which was very pleasant given it is so cold out! The massage itself was fabulous. The tables were plush with warm blankets. They started the massage with hot steam and a sugar scrub, which is rare for massages and we definitely appreciated the additional skincare. They then went into a long stroke massage with oil and put a lot of attention to tense areas. Another great part of the massage was the use of hot stones and towels - very relaxing! A feature that I find very unique about Royal Zen's massages is their music choice. The first time my sister and I went it was classic R&B and this time it was smooth jazz. Shanice and Sheniel are experienced enough to massage to the beat of the music, which made the experience very memorable! Overall, Royal Zen is a fantastic place to get a massage! I was really pleased with the service, and the space was very clean and comfortable. My pedicure was so thorough, which was fantastic because I hadn't had one in awhile. I always get acrylic nails with gel polish (which these days is hard to find a nice nail salon that still offers this).
