Both times I left feeling refreshed and relaxed! The interior of the spa is very warm and welcoming. They have a shower in the bathroom, though I didn't use it due to COVID, and individual rooms for each client. They also offer services beyond massage, such as facials, waxing, and hair styling. Their massage pricing is some of the best in the area: $50 for 30 minutes, $60 for 45, and $70 for 60 minutes. I've found them more affordable than other spas in Rochester, with excellent quality. I've enjoyed both of my experiences at TMB and will be a regular customer from now on!

The salon itself is always decorated with seasonal items and is very clean and modern. They even have a fully stocked coffee and snack bar available for all customers. I really appreciated a hot coffee after my hair cut. The staff are all incredibly nice and you can tell they've worked together for a long time because they have a good camaraderie and easy flowing conversation. They are also very efficient. My sister and I wanted a quick trim, without a lot of product, and they were able to accommodate that with a quick wash and simple styling. My sister had also gotten an ombré highlight there before and it came out beautiful! Really well done considering we have tricky hair for dying (thin). I'd been growing out my hair I showed pics and clearly said I only wanted an inch off. she repeated this back to me. One Inch no more. Then She sliced off over 18". EIGHTEEN INCHES !!! I said was unhappy but there's nothing to be done after that. I asked her to stop cutting. Then she cut a 2nd, different crazy angle. I demanded she stop. Another senior lady came over to try to fix her mistake , she did a 3rd, totally different angle. So 1/2 may head has 3 different angles and the other side was still long. 22" on one side above my neck on the other. I still tipped her 30%, not before grabbing a hunk of my own hair off the ground. I left. This is 2days before my bday too. I went in to talk w manager next day, she excused her with the old "maybe she didn't understand" blah blah... I showed her the ref pics (all super long) and the 18"hair hunk she hacked off me and she couldn't believe it. Other stylists came to look at the mess. Everyone shocked. I said if Katie didn't know difference between 1" vs 18" , she had no business cutting hair. So, They set me up with another stylist to fix it. I she did but I went from the longest hair I'd ever had to the shortest Id ever had. And never planned to have. It was now only 3" in the longest place above the spine's bump at the back of my neck above that from where it had been over 22" long in the longest part of my back the day prior when I'd requested a trim of "no more than an inch". It Took 3 years to grow back close to this and has been 5 years to get it to the same length and in same healthy condition. I waited more than 5 1/2years to write this bc I'm still mad @ that awful Katie. She never admitted fault or said sorry. All her coworkers all shook their heads. The salon made it right but now I had to double tip 30%+ bc I didn't want anyone to say I was cheap or didn't tip +30% +even though she literally ruined my hair for 5 years + wrecked what I'd worked on for five years prior. So basically a decade. I have them 2 stars bc Sharon gets 5stars but Katie dragged them down to 0stars, the place made it right but the experience w/Katie was so poor I can't in good conscience give over 2 stars - it's taken 5.5years to write this as it was that bad and prior to that rotten Katie, the salon itself and Sharon were so good. The lady who ultimately fixed it all did what she could. She was in the awkward position of having to rectify it and also has to work with her still so I understand her neutrality, she was lovely I have since forgotten her name but she was stoic due to circumstances but fine. She saved my head but needed to take off much more due to the 3 misshapen angles in the back quadrant. As such, my over 22" hair was shorter than 3" by the time it was styled. I haven't been back since. Tl;Dr: Shannon = 5 Stars, salon=4 stars, other lady 4stars, Katie = 0 stars, minus due to taking 18 inches off instead of one inch.

I booked three services with Georgia and had a great experience. When I walked in a was greeted immediately and welcomed in. Georgia started with my arm pit wax. She used an all natural wax that smelled good. After she plucked any last hairs and put some oil on to prevent ingrown hairs. Next she waxed my eyebrows. Everything was quick and easy. Last she did an Astral facial with a chocolate enzyme, that smelled delicious and tingled a little. That's how you know it was working. She also did a lavender cooling gel mask. It was so relaxing. With may other places to get a massage I needed to get one soon as my back was out of sorts. Looking around many people were over-booked. I looked up this place and was able to book an appointment the next day. Upon arriving, I was greeted by two employees, and my scheduled therapist was there and guided me to a spacious room. She was very friendly and really wanted to know the areas she needed to concentrate on, and what I did not like. I will say she took the time to start a customer relation the way it should be. During the massage she adjusted her pressure to make sure I was comfortable, while still kneading pressure areas to relieve the knots. She was not over chatty, but welcomed any conversation or questions I had. After the massage, and easy checkout, and I was delighted with the experience.
