Stefania (Metro owner) was the only stylist I could find that was able to help. That was many years ago. The new place on University is beautifully appointed and the service is always wonderful. Stefania and her crew bend over backwards to please. After the winter lockdown of 2020 my roots grew in so much I decided to 'just embrace the gray'. My hair is not a pretty shade of gray however. Stefania now adds just the right amount of color to make it attractive. I'm very happy with it. Before Metro I had been all over town looking for someone who could 'do it right'. I did not open or use the product. Then I went to return it and they stated due to covid they do not do returns. I find this surprising as if they really cared about the pandemic they should have a mask policy in place and other protocols. In summary, I would not make purchases here as their products are overpriced and they have a no return policy that is not told to you until you try to make a return.

Now being a senior years later there is nowhere better to get a haircut in Brockport. All of the women are amazing at what they do, kind, talkative, and remember customers after their first visit. I have been to other places in town, thinking that a "barber" was the better route to being that I'm a dude. I was wrong each and every time, the women at crossroads are by far the best cut you could find in town... and the PRICE IS UNBEATABLE!!! You could get two haircuts at cross roads and have change to spare, and it still won't equal how much you are paying at other places local. ON TOP of all of that I have gone into cross roads to fix haircuts that I have gotten at OTHER places, and each time I leave more than satisfied. Ladies and gents of all ages (especially broke college kids at suny Brockport), no better choice than crossroads.
