Unfortunately, the quality of my nails was very disappointing. When I left the salon, I noticed there was already nail polish underneath one of my nails, and the set looked grown out almost immediately because of how far the polish was from my cuticles. Then, exactly one week later, my left acrylic nail completely fell off. I understand that no manicure lasts forever, but after only one week, I expected much better quality. especially for $70. It's disappointing because the customer service was great, but the actual nail application didn't hold up. I hope they can improve the quality of their work to match the kindness of their staff.

The owner was great on the phone and I had an appointment within 20 minutes. I'm sure they have busier parts of the day and this was at 10:30-11am. The nail technician was very polite and cordial. She took her time with my pedicure and manicure, and did extra coats of polish without me requesting. I had the "basic" pedicure was as good as some of the "spa" pedicures I've paid for over the years. Thank you again to the nail tech and other employees for your patience, kindness and service.
