I have extremely sensitive skin. Extremely. But Jessica and Kelly's results are the by far best. I do not have any bruising, any skin ripping and NO PAIN WHATSOEVER. I cannot say this about any other wax I have had done. I was shocked by the difference. I am used to being slightly maimed at other salons. No joke, I have probably used 8 salons you would know by name and would be in extreme discomfort for days. Very reasonably priced as well. Sometimes I need services on short notice or a special request. Kalypso always tries to accommodate my busy schedule even if inconvenience to them. Jessica is very knowledgeable about skin and brows. I wish I could have her soothe and smooth my skin every day. Jessica recommended a brow tint and shaping on my light and thin brows. It makes a big difference. I had no idea. Enter Covid times, and the eyebrows had gotten out of control. I made an appointment with TEW online (easy) and had a great experience once there. Kimberly truly cares about brows and listened to my perfectionist monologue about how I wanted them shaped. Not only is she a brow professional, she is simply a nice person and a joy to talk to! She follows Covid protocols, wearing a mask and shield during my service, having hand sanitizer, and sanitizing the chair between clients.
