I went in for a trim and walked out with my hair messed up. Its uneven and too short. While cutting my hair, the girl had to have someone else come over to help her fix it. It was not fixed. Not a happy customer! read more

We get the best service from the Penfield / Webster Baytown location, we've been going there for more than 10 years as a family. Carly recognized us as do many of the stylists. Great cuts, great service and for a family of 8, great prices. Their "turn-over" seems very low for a salon given that Ricky has been there since we started visiting, Brie has cut my hair multiple times over the years and Carly now knows us by name among others who have taken care of us over the years and who's faces I recognize. One stylist (Who's name I apologize I don't remember) even remembered coloring my wife's hair a few YEARS ago, and my wife wasn't even with us that day. The other reviewer who complained about wait time probably wasn't smart enough to call ahead and check how busy the walk-ins were. 90% of the time we call ahead and they always accommodate. This weekend my son and I just walked in a whim, even though they had 3 appointments pending, they took him immediately and my wait ended up being about 20 minutes. No big deal. As for categorizing the staff as "children" all I can tell you is he has an obvious bias based on appearance. Yes, I tend to feel "old" when I go in there, because I'm 40. Anyone under the age of 30 looks really, really young to me. But when that supposed "child" steps up and gives you fast, professional service and makes you feel welcome in the business, that's all I need to know about their age. read more

This supercuts is under new management, all of the staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

i went to supercuts on April 24th. my girlfriend and i got my eye brows done and she got her hair trimmed. and when we finished my eye brows they began to look horrible. and her hair got trimmed from supposly 1 inch to 2 in a half inches. her bangs were trimmed but not blanned. it look horrible. but i will never come back 2 a super cuts. read more
