Courtney is a great stylist and very accommodating. The salon is very conveniently located in a small strip mall on E.Ridge Rd.

So after reading the mixed reviews I was a bit nervous to come here, but I'm glad I did. When walking in you think it's going to be a nice little salon. Its huge! And definitely caught me by surprise. My husband got me a gift certificate for here so it was my first time. Jodie was the women who took care of me. And what a great experience it was. She was so pleasant and friendly. She did a great job on my highlights and cut. I'm very happy with the way that my hair turned out. Another thing that I found to be very pleasant was it was the owners birthday, and they bought them a cake, and shared with everyone. I thought that was such a nice gesture. Just not a good place to get a good hair cut. When I complained the mgr. was very short and rude. anever again.

My 15 year old daughter and I both visited the salon on 7/11/19. Both of us showed pictures of what we wanted done. Neither of our stylists said it couldn't be done. I advised I did not want the highlights to start at the root and that is where they all are. My daughter and I both said we wanted to keep the dark hair known as shadow root, and both of us now have lighter roots than the rest of our hair. My daughters hair is completely blonde instead of the brown it was. She only wanted highlights added. I asked for layers and what I received was a boxy choppy cut with no layers. I said at the time I couldn't see that it was highlighted correctly and was told it was bad lighting in the salon. After having numerous people ask what happened to our hair, I left a review on their facebook page. The stylist that did my hair messaged me on facebook and said that we never told her we didn't like it and that what we wanted was hard to do. I advised I did tell her and was told they had bad lighting and was never advised they couldn't do what we wanted. My daughters stylist actually told her "she would make it happen". The stylist did message saying we could come in and try to get it fixed, which I was going to take them up on, however in the mean time I was contacted by other people who saw my review and advised that they had the exact same thing happen at this salon. They also advised that to have it repaired actually caused some major damage to their hair. So now, I have to pay to find someone who can fix our hair instead of risking further damage. I had Alex cut my hair in August (late review, I apologize). I wanted an inverted bob. She did an amazing job! I got many complements regarding the cut days and even a week after I had my hair cut. I would recommend coming to this salon. I did not feel pushed to purchase anything or to upgrade, I felt right at home. Loved it! read more

I had a rather bad experience 6 weeks ago with Lena. I went back today for my scheduled visit and wanted to have a conversation about what I liked and didn't like about my last cut in hopes of receiving the cut I wanted. She would not listen at all to what I wanted. Instead, I got excuses for why I got the cut I received last time. When I said "I think we are having a communication problem" she still refused to listen. I saw no alternative other than to leave which I did. I will not return. read more
