At the recommendation of my sister, I ended up here for a pedicure. I am originally from Spencerport but live in NC now and was into for a long weekend to go to the Buffalo Bills season opener and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I called to inquire about pricing before heading over there and was very surprised to learn that a pedicure was $32 but an additional $10 for gel-much more reasonable than what I was used to paying back in NC! I received a pleasant greeting when I walked in and was told to pick a color and the nail tech got me settled in very quickly. I had no idea what color polish to do, but thought it might be nice to tie in the football team colors. I hate that I didn't get the techs name but she was great! She suggested I google some images and she then said she would help me with matching the colors. I showed her a few options we decided on blue and getting fancier with my big toes on each foot. It was a nice space, comfy massage chairs and a great pedi for the price! I would highly recommend and return for services without any type of hesitation in the future! I will proudly wear sandals to the Buffalo Bills season opener representing the red, white, and blue zuba print on my big toes and the blues toenails! Thank you for a great experience! read more

I came in today and it was super busy. Right away I felt welcomed and they took me in quickly. I told the nail tech what colors I wanted and the shape I wanted and to use her judgement on what would look best. She definitely did not disappoint! Love my nails and I was in and out very quickly despite having to start my nails all over again since they were in pretty bad shape from the last time I got acrylics. I changed my mind a couple of times on the color and the length and they were very accommodating and didn't make me feel bad for switching up a couple times. I will be back! read more

I am a Spencerport native who lives in San Francisco now. I've been away from Spencerport for decades. I was back for a rare visit and noticed Lee Nail Art in the Town Plaza. I really was in need of a manicure and a pedicure, so I walked in. I got a friendly and cheerful reception, so I asked "Do you do manicures and pedicures for men too?" They responded "Of course we do!" Lisa walked over, showed me which chair to sit in, and went right to work. Lisa set the chair to give me a great, rolling massage. I was very impressed with how clean and updated the chair and the bath and all the equipment was. But I was most impressed with Lisa's work. She is skilled, efficient, and didn't rush through the job. Lisa, and all the other women were friendly and we had nice conversation and things to laugh about. It was a cheerful and welcoming environment. The women seem to enjoy being together and doing their work. Lee Nail Art is a friendly place. Lisa is strong, confident, friendly, and professional. I feel welcome in Lee Nail Art. When I come back to Spencerport again, I will be sure to stop in. read more

I went in to get a manicure using the SNS process for my nails. This is a great process (powder dip) and lasts 5 - 6 weeks without chipping. I'm new in town and wanted a place that could do the same process they used on the West Coast. It was a disaster. They did not use the same process and after 3 day my nails started chipping. Ugh! I went back to the place and told her, and she was going to fix it, but the place has NO ventilation and I decided to forget it and went somewhere else to have them redo my nails. Plus I didn't have confidence it would be done properly. Also, the smell is so toxic that I feel sorry for the employees who are in this environment all day long. Also, the customers. I went to Classic to Modern Nails and had my nails redone and she did an excellent job. read more

Although I absolutely loved getting my pedicures from here for years I will NOT be going back ! I recently received a gift certificate for Christmas from my daughter in law for here and accidentally threw it out! I explained how upset I was and told her I had the receipt from the person that bought it for me and she expressed there is absolutely nothing she could do! I said, "does it state on the GC if you misplace or throw out that its null and void and she said it does not, its just her policy.. I asked and asked to please make an exception, that it really wasn't about the $40 but more of a principal of good customer service and she again said , sorry nothing we can do! I politely paid for my service today and told her unfortunately I would not be back, there are plenty of places to get a pedicure in Rochester. Your experience depends on your nail technician! I've had two great experiences here and I was super pleased with my acrylic set. They are fast and very skilled at what they do. However, there is a heavy set woman who wore her red hair up in a bun and she was quite condescending and rude. She grunted throughout most of the session and my pedicure was 15 minutes in less than lukewarm water, what a joke! she rushed me through choosing my colors and didn't smile once. Her work was mediocre but her attitude has convinced me I'll never take my chances at this place again. What a shame, one spoiled apple certainly can ruin the bunch! read more

He took so much time to make sure that the shape was exactly what I wanted. My first and last time there. The guy that did my nails insisted on doing them his way. They are awful. I had a dip, which wasn't a dip. They were old fashioned sculptured nails that break constantly. He cut my nails down to nothing. Pulled , you read that right, the old dip up and pried each one off ripping layers. After the first one I should have walked out but I was desperate to get them done. Ugh. Never again They are lifting, after one week how is it that I have one cracked. BS read more

I think this is the best pedicure that I've gotten. The woman who did my pedicure took her time and was thorough. She did the normal pedicure where she uses the "cheese grater" type thing to get rid of any dead skin. She massaged a nice salt scrub into my calves which is typical as well, but then she also spent about 10 minutes more on stimulating my circulation in them. She then put nice soothing warm towels on them. She painted them and another woman painted a dragonfly on my toenail which turned out so cute! I also for my eyebrows waxed. Lee is hands down the besttt!!!!! She is so sweet & does a phenomenal job! She listens to what you want & how you like your nails unlike other nail techs seemed annoyed when you ask for anything specific! Terrible experience the last few times i have went there. I waited for ever and then was rushed through. I assumed the first time it happened was because i didnt have an appt. So i made one for my last visit for a pedicure at 5pm followed by a full set of acrylics by Lee at 5:30. They took a walk in for a pedicure at 5 right in front of me, leaving me to sit for a half hour, and then I didnt even sit to get my nails done until 6:10 while more walkins were taken. My nails were rushed so take another person after me that had an appt at six. both my pedicure and full set look awful. VERY disappointed and will not return. read more
