I went for a pedicure for the first time this week. The place was clean, neatly organized, and pleasant. It wasn't busy so she took me right away without an appointment. The prices are low but the quality...isn't there. I initially went in for a fill but because they were "yellowing" I was told they needed to come off- yet what polish or acrylic doesn't yellow your nail??? Just looking to get more money out of redoing them all? I let her redo them aaaaand my nails are FLAT, there's no curvature to them WHATSOEVER, my pinky cuticle is raised, red, and irratated from the tools, and I've never wanted to take a set off faster in my life. I did have to wait awhile and the owner wasn't too polite but man did she do a nice job. She did seem preoccupied with other tasks and appeared to be the only one available to do fills or gel manicures. However, all that being said, she made my horrible full set that I had done elsewhere look gorgeous! As if they had never looked bad to begin with. I'm from out of town, but if I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely go back. My suggestion would be to make an appointment, but they do accept walk ins. She even stayed after closing to make sure my nails and two other ladies nails were done properly and to their satisfaction. Don't let her gruff manor fool you. She does great work. read more

Since I was a child I have had various issues with my feet. Whether it's dead skin to ingrown toenails. When I went to VNails & Spa I saw the light. Jessica always took care of my feet. She even removed two of my ingrown toenails! I never had to see a pediatrist again after I saw Jessica! I highly recommend this salon. It is superior compared to all of the salons I've ever been to! By far the worst nail salon I've ever been to! I went in for a fill and the nail tech literally ripped off all my existing nails and replaced them with acrylic when I asked for gel. There very thick and the lengths are all different on each finger. Not to mention I was told they couldn't do a simple triangle design because they didn't know how? It took two whole hours for them to give me a gel manicure... Their prices are very good but quality is not. They cut my cuticles and skin to the point where there was blood. My nail polish turned out nice but the skin around is not okay. It's very choppy and painful. read more

I visited Jessica and her salon about one year ago. It's close to home and convenient, but she is excellent! That's what has kept me going back. I have tough toe nails , and ticklish feet, but she does an excellent pedicure. Her foot massages are the best! It's more like foot reflexology and your entire body feels good. Totally relaxing. I usually have a gel polish manicure - and it is perfect. It lasts for an entire two weeks , but Jessica will also tell me when it is time to let my nails " breathe" for a bit. The price was right (25$). The people spoke very little English...(we communicated through body language ha). They spent more than 30 mins on my pedicure and did an exceptionally good job! Making an appointment is recommended because she is always busy. She takes about an hour to complete a pedicure and an hour for a gel manicure. Not the best experience. I went in for acrylics stating that I don't want them too long and I prefer rounded corners. I came out with little bubble nails barely longer than the original nails I walked in with...and they hurt. I paid $10 more for the gel polish, which I didn't know ahead of time, and I still gave a tip because she squeezed me in at the end of the day. Maybe that was my mistake. Contemplating soaking them off myself so I don't have to pay more for that too. Ugh. read more

Three times I called Jessica from v nails to make sure I had a appointments at 10 for me and my daughter. (Celebrating her birthday) when I got there she was the only one there and said the other lady would be there at 10:30!!!!! When the girl finally arrived she didn't know how to do anything. Jessica had to do my daughter's nails. I had to ask for the hand and arm massage which is standard with a manicure. Place is yucky inside. Kinda like the 80s inside and not in a good way. I was looking for a place to get a manicure and pedicure. I made an appt & when I got there they were busy & wanted me to come back later. when they saw that I was not happy with that a new person there said she would do my nails.She did a fair job but they came loose and I had to have a full set redone at another salon. My sister in law came to town and wanted a pedicure. I called and made an appt for us both to get a pedicure. Again, after I checked the appt time twice, they made us wait 20 mins before they told us that we would have to wait another 30 mins.! They were rude and obviously had taken other clients in our time slot. I will never go back there, the owner is very rude and she never said she was sorry for our inconvenience. I was very angry at the lack of concern about our appt. Also they never have their charge card machine working even when I specifically asked if they took credit cards. It is obvious they only want a cash business. You can guess why!!! Victor is a small town and after asking folks about them,this is a regular lie with them. Be aware that they will not honor your appt or take your credit card. This is not a business I will go to ever again. read more

Best pedicure I've had in a while!!! Everyone there was really nice. The woman that did my pedicure, I believe her name was Laura, did such a great job. She really took her time.
