My main stylist is Emily who is also the owner of the salon. I have been wanting to color my hair for a while & discussed a ton of different color options. We settled on reds & orange. For months before my appointment I shared inspo pics with her & she shared comments & suggestions. During my appointment she walked through the process with me & also gave tips for styling & color preservation. Not only did I learn from my appointment but she also took video & shared it so others could learn from it. I also had an appointment with her where I cut over 12 inches of hair off!! She really knows how to rock any style you are looking to do. Other stylists I have had here also are extremely talented. They also collaborate with each other so you will get the best results. If you have a different stylist do a touch up to your color they are able to read the prior stylists notes. Come here for your next appointment!!!

I have tried multiple nail salons and this is definitely one I am going to continue going to for a long time! As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by I believe the owner who is incredibly nice and even if you don't have an appointment, they are thoroughly staffed, so you get in basically right away, even on a Sunday! There is no smell of harsh chemicals like other salons, and my nails have never looked better in my entire life. I've gone to a few different people here, and they are all consistently amazing. This is also the first nail salon I have been to where my nails don't break! I'm not sure if it's because it's not acrylic? But either way, I seriously am so impressed. It's very relaxing environment with upbeat, but calming music and there are multiple TVs with different programs on! I have received a pedicure here as well before, and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had any nail salon! I drive across town to come here, and it is absolutely worth the drive, and I will continue to do so! I seriously cannot recommend this place enough and I'm so happy I stumbled upon it!

I have never had this particular nail tech until today. He was incredibly rough with the filing, buffing and cuticle cutter. I always feel relaxed when I go there but today the experience literally hurt. I see my toes when they are done and there's red polish all over my skin. Then I get the dip done and it again is all over my skin and looks so messy! I typically live all of the people who work here and find them very welcoming, I just feel like lately everything is rushed. I do recommend this place, however I only now trust a few of the nail techs now to do a really good job. My whole bill was $120, so this was incredibly disappointing.

Then it was the bride's turn. Although she went in previously for a test run (which went well and she was very pleased!) the stylist decided to try something new which was not what she wanted. We ended up redoing her hair later. The 2 other stylists were focused and did a good job on the other girls hair (pretty side braids and all!). When it was my turn I asked for a SIMPLE low bun. The stylist decided to "do her own design" which ended up being a total nightmare. She complained that my hair was too thick and that she could not pin it back the way I wanted. I ended up looking like a Victorian grandmother and was horrified to say the least. I had to redo my hair myself and thankfully turned out much better. To make it worse we were all charged $50 when it was agreed earlier that the bride would pay $50 and the bridesmaids would pay $35-$40. If you have a large wedding party I suggest you don't go here and save yourself the headache of redoing your hair.

I also like all the natural products used during my treatment. However, within less than 24 hours, multiple nails have chipped, and I paid extra for the gel manicure to prevent this from happening! Usually a gel manicure lasts me at least a couple weeks! ***Update: I did receive a phone call from Exquisite saying they would be willing to fix my nails and were shocked to hear this had happened because it's the first time they've heard of this happening since they introduced the gel polish a month ago. I appreciate their call and willingness to make things right, but unfortunately I don't have time to go back in with family coming into town this afternoon. I would definitely go back here again, just an unfortunate experience and bad timing.
