Once you walk into the space, you are transported into this luxe soft super clean med spa. It is tucked away past the gym, and there's ample parking and overall it is an inviting beautiful place. I am looking like a tomato right now, but I am looking forward to another session with hopefully Julianne in a few months. Beauty is pain, but microneedling is really a 1/10 pain, with fleeting moments of spiciness. The numbing cream works wonders, and in a week or two your skin looks plump, with more benefits in 4-6 weeks. I look forward to coming back and trying BBL Heroic, perhaps a facial, and other lasers in the future.

The salon itself was nice and the staff seemed friendly. At first, everything seemed fine, and I clearly explained how I wanted my hair styled. I have a short bob that can be styled in a lot of different ways. When my stylist parted my hair down the middle, I got a little nervous but hoped it would turn out okay. The entire service was done with just a round brush and blow dryer. When she finished, I was honestly disappointed and told her so. The style made me feel like I looked like a little boy, and I said I could have achieved the same result myself at home. She responded by saying that's just how my hair responds, but I disagreed because I've had my hair styled many times before and know what it's capable of. (Basically I called BS) I even offered to show photos of previous blowouts I've loved. What I asked for was simple, some volume with a slightly sleek finish. I also mentioned that my hair can be parted in different ways. At one point she suggested curling it, but after later looking at the salon's website, I noticed they charge extra for flat iron or curling iron work, which may explain why it wasn't initially offered. To her credit, she did try to fix it, and it looked better, but overall I still wasn't very happy with the experience. I paid, tipped, and moved on, but for $45, I personally didn't feel it was worth it. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return.

Could you ask for more? Actually, you can! She will remember anything you tell her and you just continue the conversation at each visit. I'd give her 1 million stars if I could. In terms of the spa itself, I've only been once, but I'm impressed. It's located in a great big old victorian house that still has a lot of it's charm. I probably won't go for anything but waxing from Cidy, but it seems like they have a great operation. Their prices are competitive and they hire only the best, as evidenced by Cidy. Give them a try!

I have been coming here for years. I have always had amazing service! The staff is AMAZING!…read more Today, I met with Mallory! She was so sweet and nice! My facial was amazing. Very relaxing. Just what I needed. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. As a result. I cannot get any injections, chemical peels, or anything that is not hydrating or natural, while in chemo. Which was a devastating blow to my confidence. I assumed that meant, I would look 10 years older, in a year. Also the chemo is making my face break out. Talk about a huge whammy! Mallory did a wonderful hydrating facial, with Papaya enzymes and lipids. My skin feels and looks amazing! This is now part of my regular rotation. Nothing zaps collagen from your face than chemo. I plan on living through this and fighting hard. But whether I end up in a coffin or continuing to live my best life. I still want to feel pretty. I have a membership through this business and it has been so worth it. Today my service was free. Just because they wanted me to feel pampered. Not only was it a sweet gesture, but smart business. Because now I've tried a new treatment, that I plan on doing on a regular basis. I have not had any injections in about 9 months. I put a picture of myself, so you can see how amazing they keep looking. Without any toxins, chemicals, or injections. This pic was taken after my treatment. No make up, filter free. I'm 55 years old. Still feeling confident, with breast cancer.
