This might have been my worst massage experience. Called for a 1:30 appointment. She had me wait until 1:55. Massage did not start until 2:05. She then tells me that she will work on me for 10 minutes then another person will switch. Super weird vibe. The massage itself was terrible, no pressure and only one lady knows English so she will make you speak into phone translator for help. I ended up getting up to leave. When I arrived, I initially wanted to turn around and go home because the outside was sketchy. However, I stuck around and am glad I did. I arrived late to my appointment but the masseuse was able to squeeze me in and did an amazing job regardless of my lateness. Aroma massage is how it should be: getting in those muscle deep and feeling the toxins drain out of you for the rest of the day. Went for a couples massage. Couples room is right by main entrance door. They struggle to keep your door shut. Privacy could drastically because improved. No music (complete silence besides oil). Uncomfortable rather than professional. read more

Woah.... this massage was shockingly great! I ended up doing 90 mins and it was heaven! Another review used the word unassuming to describe the shop and I'd have to agree. Small, typical little massage spa, I almost drive right by. Inside it was clean and friendly, no wait to be seen, my expectations were pretty baseline. I had a babysitter for the morning and my back was killing me so I figured- why not? Mannnn am I happy I did! Very pleased with this unassuming little spa. Massage therapist wasn't afraid to use deeper pressure as requested and really worked the knots out of my back and shoulder. I was able to get an appointment an hour after I called and that really made my day. I don't live here in Rochester but am here for an extended period of time temporarily and I will make it back. Despite having a regular massage therapist at home in Buffalo I may occasionally drive an hour to get a massage here. Very well done read more

It's not a bad place to pop in and out if you're in a rush and need a quick halfway decent massage. We got the couples massage and were led into a side room. The whole place was freeeezzingg!! Even the workers were bundled up inside. I couldn't wait to slip into the heated bed, but alas- no heated bed or blanket!! I had a horrible knot in my back that I was hoping to get worked out and it barely got touched. She softly rubbed my back, but never applied enough pressure to do anything. In defense of the masseuse though, she didn't have much time to give me a massage because she was trying to keep me warm the whole time. I was literally shaking and covered in goosebumps- there was no relaxing. It. Was. Cold!! She kept making quiet comments under her breath and trying relentlessly to warm me up. So my entire "massage" was her trying to keep me warm because the room was so freezing. The lotion the used was freezing (and smelled bad.) I never relaxed the entire time. Then when there was like 10 minutes left, they brought out heated rocks and put them on our backs. Well dang lady!! Lol you couldn't have whipped those things out earlier considering I was going hypothermic on you?? I could have used about 3x more pressure as well, but there was a communication barrier so there were no requests made or questions asked. My biggest complaint would be that the massage therapist had no regard for my spine so that part hurt a bit. Went here with my husband after we received Groupons for an hour massage. I called in to make my appointment and mentioned that currently I'm 5 months pregnant and they didn't have a problem with that. They also said they would be able to have my husband and I at the same time which was perfect! We got in and immediately were brought to rooms and the massages started within five minutes. Very prompt, very polite and accommodating. My room had a nice heated bed, and they brought me two thick blankets to stay warm. It was wonderful. My husband's room wasn't heated and he was a bit chilly when not under the cover. Will likely go back when it's warmer outside and therefore inside too :) All in all we had a great experience and would recommend it (in summer) to other people. I don't think it's fair to give four stars since our only "complaint" was the chilliness which, it's winter. They cant control. Plus it's a good price - groupon or not! read more

I got a mediocre massage at best and she expected a tip. She told me I didn't pay her. I told her that I paid for the time. She got to get a better understanding of the English language.
