I tried the traditional 60-minute massage. I didn't get a chance to try the hot stones, but I noticed they are available. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. After the massage, they offered complimentary drink options that were not limited to bottled water. That was a very nice touch. One thing I thought was unique, and absolutely enjoyed, was being able to choose the music during the massage. They have Alexa available, so you can ask it to play whatever type of music you like. I chose reggae jazz, which created an almost island-style mood for the appointment. In all the years I've treated myself to massages, this was the first time I had experienced that. I had two separate massage therapists, both excellent, professional, and customer-centric. I would highly recommend HHS and look forward to returning weekly for the next few months. Note: Don't be stingy with your tips. These massage therapists put their heart, soul, and physical strength into each session. You can book online (love it), but they ask you to call to make an appointment if you've never been. They got back to me the same day and were able to get me in the next day! I had Aaron as my massage therapist. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He made me comfortable right off the bat. We chatted briefly before my session and went over any issues I was dealing with. Instead of giving me the same old boring massage, he actually listened to me and concentrated on my trouble areas. He had a heated table, which i love even in the summer because i am always cold and he had soothing music playing in ther background. I don't treat myself very often, but I will come back to this establishment. She took her time massaging what needed more work than other places on my body. I'm a larger woman but he was very professional and I was comfortable during our session. I immediately booked my next session, also with hot stones, which was last Saturday. He was already with a client so was given Anna. A bit different technique, but equally as excellent! I did the add on of 30 minute foot massage. Anna worked out my knotted muscles, then I was able to stay relaxed on the table for the foot massage. Yep, already scheduled my next session.

They're rated 5 stars for good reason!…read more A few weeks ago, I was running on the treadmill and turned my head to stretch a bit. One of my first runs of the year. About an hour after the workout, I was tight and in pain in my neck...left side. I sat all day thinking it would calm and go away and it didn't. By the end of the day, I was using my entire body to turn my head. Strange enough, the exact same thing happened last year while running on the canal path with a girlfriend. It was one of my first runs of the year, we were chatting along our run, and I would look over every now and then during the run. After that run, I had an awful pain and tightness that wouldn't go away. Last year, I contacted an LMT to try to work out the pain (& what I thought was a knot). Unfortunately, that LMT wasn't able to rid of the pain and she referred me to a Chiro. I ended up going to that Chiro twice weekly, for about 6-8 weeks. After hundreds of dollars to the Chiro, I felt better. THIS YEAR, when the exact same thing happened on the OTHER side of my neck, I headed to Yelp to find a different LMT and see if this could be worked out thru massage instead of the Chiro. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!! Bob used a soft tissue technique and worked on my upper shoulder and neck area the entire hour. That did it. Bob did it! He was able to find the pain and heal me. No miracles happening, just pure competence in his profession. I am SO impressed and I'm happy to refer them.

If you're looking for a high-end spa experience, this place may not be for you, but if you need a back massage and don't mind a no-frills environment, I think they do a very good job. The individual booths are private. The massage itself is based on Eastern reflexology so it is different than a standard Swedish massage you may find elsewhere, but the technique still left me feeling relaxed and my back pain lessened after a 60 min massage. I'd like to go back soon to try out their foot massage as well. Edited to add that their prices have changed since past reviews. I paid $60 for the 60 minute back massage and there is 8% tax if you pay with card, but that's still a great price for an hour massage in this area.
