My Earlier Review: Co-owners, Ali & Cindy opened up this location shortly after the pandemic. The rooms are spacious and always have soothing music in the background to help calm your spirit. I find the staff to be very professional and client oriented. Cindy and Ali are great massage therapists. If I walk in tired and stressed, I always walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed. I try a different masseuse each time to get exposed to a diversity of massage techniques. I highly recommend Relaxation & Health Spa.

After the massage, they offered complimentary drink options that were not limited to bottled water. That was a very nice touch. One thing I thought was unique, and absolutely enjoyed, was being able to choose the music during the massage. They have Alexa available, so you can ask it to play whatever type of music you like. I chose reggae jazz, which created an almost island-style mood for the appointment. In all the years I've treated myself to massages, this was the first time I had experienced that. As I was completing my customer form on the provided iPads, I was able to experience the vibrating foot machine. It was a nice touch while I was waiting my turn for the chair experience. It helped me relax and get into the mood right away. When it was my turn, I was taken to the back room, which was even more relaxing. It was dimly lit with a beautiful waterfall towards the back wall and private massage rooms throughout. My massage room had the chair and space for me to place my personal items. It also had an air purifier, which I appreciated, as I am very sensitive to dust. The massage chair can seem quite intimidating when you first look at it, but the staff was very helpful in explaining exactly what it does to ease any apprehension. They were also very good about answering all of my questions! The massage experience itself was very pleasant and relaxing. It moves you forward, then tilts you slightly backward for a zero G feeling. Then it calibrates to your size and begins the massage. It does your feet, legs, bottom, back, head, neck and arms. Massages take about 20 minutes. I chose the light setting and that was perfect for me. My upper shoulders always get very tight in this massage help loosen them. I felt relaxed and renewed when it was done. This concept is perfect. If you're looking for a quick, quality massage that won't take up too much of your time. As I was leaving, I was able to chat with the owner, and he was extremely focused on wellness, relaxation, and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend Tranquillity Now. Give it a try!
