They spent the right amount of time (not too much and not too little) getting to know us and our bodies before beginning. We both got 60 minute deep tissue massages and they really did spend 60 minutes working on us. For $70 each, it was definitely worth it. And what better way to spend a cold day!? In my opinion, any great experience at a business gets 4 stars and its either an exceptional product or exceptional service that earns it 5 stars. They earned it for both. Can't wait to visit next time I'm in Rochester. My back and hamstrings are still feeling happy. Thank you!!

About an hour after the workout, I was tight and in pain in my neck...left side. I sat all day thinking it would calm and go away and it didn't. By the end of the day, I was using my entire body to turn my head. Strange enough, the exact same thing happened last year while running on the canal path with a girlfriend. It was one of my first runs of the year, we were chatting along our run, and I would look over every now and then during the run. After that run, I had an awful pain and tightness that wouldn't go away. Last year, I contacted an LMT to try to work out the pain (& what I thought was a knot). Unfortunately, that LMT wasn't able to rid of the pain and she referred me to a Chiro. I ended up going to that Chiro twice weekly, for about 6-8 weeks. After hundreds of dollars to the Chiro, I felt better. THIS YEAR, when the exact same thing happened on the OTHER side of my neck, I headed to Yelp to find a different LMT and see if this could be worked out thru massage instead of the Chiro. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!! Bob used a soft tissue technique and worked on my upper shoulder and neck area the entire hour. That did it. Bob did it! He was able to find the pain and heal me. No miracles happening, just pure competence in his profession. I am SO impressed and I'm happy to refer them.

Ty called me back the same day and scheduled my appointment. She didn't charge me a deposit and allowed me to pay the day of my appointment. I even emailed them before the appointment to fill out my forms and they were sent promptly. My actual session with Anne was so amazing. She asked if the pressure and temp were ok. In the end she asked if I had any questions and I told her she did this thing on my back where it felt like she was popping little jelly balls. She explained that's the myofascial and how it builds up and talked about the specific massage Ty does for that. I highly recommend and will be going back! They are pretty booked up but I was still able to book something about two weeks out. Excited to go back.

I also feel like I have made a new friend. That was honestly the best massage I have ever received, and she is so lovely. Also, the establishment is so cozy and smells delightful! Rising Earth Massage is a great place to go to be pampered, but also if you have any chronic pain issues, like I do. I am so excited about becoming a regular-esp bc I have suffered long enough and finally feel like I found someone who can actually help. If you haven't yet booked with Ty, or anyone at Rising Earth, what are you waiting for?! Treat yourself! And thanks for making my day, Ty!!!!

Full Circle Massage and Wellness is my go to spot for massage therapy and relaxation caused by the…read morestresses of daily life. I've only experienced exceptional and extremely professional therapy with Laura during my patronage of Full Circle. Prior to having a microdiskectomy of my lower lumbar region (L4-L5-S1) status post herniated disks, I sought any relief possible for the severe and chronic pain(s) that I would experience daily of my lower back and affiliated sciatic pains down my right leg. Accupuncture, physical therapy, medications, electric stimulation/dopplar, etc., paled in comparison to the relief that a licensed, well rounded and experienced LMT could render in the form of deep tissue massage therapy and the loosening up of the muscles that were inflamed and nerves that were impinged. Even after the surgery, my body still remembers the type of nerve pain that only massage therapy could ever really keep at bay, for me. Over the course of the last decade i've moved or vacationed somewhere with a massage/spa and experienced numerous different LMT's that do good work, however, for the last four of these years I've only taken my business and my back and body to Laura at Full Circle. I clicked "$$" because in comparison to the chain stores that shall remain nameless, that offer massage services like a menu at McDonald's, Full Circle is a little bit more expensive. However, as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for," and what I've always consistently received from Full Circle was a piece of mind and comfort that my back and body will be righted.
