Cindy goes above and beyond in everything she does and is a joy to be around. My experiences with Cindy are varied, and yet all have a common denominator: they were all outstanding because Cindy is someone who cares deeply, works hard for her clients and clearly loves what she does.
Yoga:
Now is the time to try Cindy's yoga classes because she is offering them on Zoom for a recommended donation of $10-$20 per class, but if you can't afford to pay during the Covid-19 shut-downs, you can take her classes for free while she is offering them on Zoom. Cindy's classes vary from session to session so you never get bored. Her instructions are clear and she always offers modifications for any who might need them. Her reminders about proper technique are good for both beginners and experienced practitioners alike. She incorporates the spiritual side of yoga in all of her classes, so Cindy will guide you to start by setting an intention for your practice that day, take pauses to reset yourself throughout the class, and to end with a relaxing shavasana, a type of meditation. Tuesday and Thursday evening classes from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm are great classes with a lot of variety from week to week. The Saturday morning class at 9:00 am is more "kicked-up" and she uses her own fun playlists that include a huge variety of new and old music from all genres. Sunday morning classes at 9:00 am are just what you'd want on a Sunday morning, calm and restorative. Grab a mat, click the link to her website and give it a try.
Coaching:
Through Cindy's coaching, I gained the insights and motivation I needed to make positive changes in my life that have truly made a difference in my overall happiness and well-being. Throughout our sessions Cindy made insightful observations, asked probing questions, and offered helpful examples and suggestions that helped me move forward and make productive changes in my life.
Cindy's support and guidance helped me to identify mindsets that were holding me back, to set attainable goals, and to make positive changes in my life each and every week. I followed through because I felt a new sense of accountability that I had never felt before.
Cindy went above and beyond all expectations by summarizing our meeting discussions and emailing those summaries to me shortly after our meetings. Her summaries were clear, concise and very helpful in keeping me focused on the important points we had discussed and the commitments I had made for the future. With Zoom, we never lost a beat during the Coronavirus shut-downs. If you want to change anything in your life but feel stuck and can't seem to do it on your own, try life-coaching with Cindy. I am grateful that I did, and I couldn't have asked for a better coach!
Reiki:
I was skeptical about Reiki, but I have become a believer after experiencing Reiki sessions with Cindy. Each session has been an amazingly unique experience, and all have left me feeling relaxed, peaceful and balanced. I was even more skeptical about Reiki via Zoom, but found it to be just as effective, if not more so. Cindy has extraordinary energetic healing abilities that I had to experience to believe. It's still hard for me to understand how this works, but after many sessions with Cindy both in-person and over Zoom, I have to admit that it does. She is amazing!
