Arrived at appointment and Kanoa took the time to explain all massage options and discuss which might be the best option for me based on my needs. They offer Orthopedic, CranioSacral, Accu-Roller, Reiki, and Scar tissue management and more for options. You can tell that staff have been highly educated and make you feel comfortable in their presence. The room was a nice temperature and large space to move around freely. The 60 min massage was tailored to my needs exactly. I chose the Orthopedic type massage and had wonderful benefits that I noticed immediately and for weeks following. I went to this place twice. The first time getting a full body massage there was phenomenal and…read moremaybe the best massage experience in my life ever. That was when both of the female massage therapists were there (the two females on the website). However, it was completely different on the second time I was there, the owner squeezed us in in between two other appointments. Couldn't believe he kept leaving the massage session (three times) to answer the LOUD phone at the front desk. We requested the original and only two massage therapists, but he showed up instead one of them to tell us that the other female therapist doesn't work there anymore and she already moved on awhile ago. Besides the rush during the massage session, the owner (he's the massage therapist in the same time), told us that he's going to use CBD, we said ok. For some reasons, our noses got clogged and our faces got swollen. Our eyes got puffy and we felt so dizzy. Not sure what he used but the customer who left before us had the same symptoms. The owner kept telling us that "you have these symptoms because the massage was done properly and in a good way, the blood flood was probably the reason". Second experience there was horrible and will never go back again. When I called on the phone to tell the owner that we were planning on getting the Groupon, he said: "you don't have to get it, I'll give you the same price if you pay cash here". Well, guess what, he ended up charging us the full regular price that's posted on the wall in his place. Sketchy owner ruined the whole experience.
