I tried the traditional 60-minute massage. I didn't get a chance to try the hot stones, but I noticed they are available. The staff was professional, friendly, and welcoming. After the massage, they offered complimentary drink options that were not limited to bottled water. That was a very nice touch. One thing I thought was unique, and absolutely enjoyed, was being able to choose the music during the massage. They have Alexa available, so you can ask it to play whatever type of music you like. The office is located at the corner of Long Pond and English Roads, and shares space with other businesses. There is a small stairwell to climb to get to the office, and they are appointment only. Ashley is a caring practitioner, asking about any medical issues and what areas you'd like to focus on during your massage. I saw her this past weekend for a 90 minute lavender sugar scrub massage, which was as relaxing as it sounds. I actually drifted off during it. She worked out some extreme tension in my neck and shoulders, and though I was slightly sore the next day in those areas, I feel fantastic now!
