I made an appointment with Kanoa, the owner, which was simple and available to complete online. I filled in the health info form available online to complete prior to arrival. Arrived at appointment and Kanoa took the time to explain all massage options and discuss which might be the best option for me based on my needs. They offer Orthopedic, CranioSacral, Accu-Roller, Reiki, and Scar tissue management and more for options. You can tell that staff have been highly educated and make you feel comfortable in their presence. The room was a nice temperature and large space to move around freely. The 60 min massage was tailored to my needs exactly. I chose the Orthopedic type massage and had wonderful benefits that I noticed immediately and for weeks following. My friend and I made appointments for a couples renewal massage after we both had received gift cards. While the robes and somd of the amenities are nice, the massage was really what I was there to enjoy. I was trying my best to not get upset (45, single mom of twin 2 year olds- I needed this break and massage) it just didn't hit the mark. I told the therapist I'd like it firmer and harder and not light touches and I think she must have thought I said the opposite- soft tickling type of massage and she didn't seem to want that style to change. Maybe she's knew but I have never gone up and down (being raised by her foot control) so many times in my life. Maybe she has back problems? My friend asked me afterwards why she was so loud (like I knew why? lol). Several times washing her hands and then threw the robe on my legs after the massage. Miss the exfoliating scrub at the end! Those were wonderful. While the after treatment room is nice, I'm sad to say, this just was such a disappointment. Hoping to have enough funds to give it another try at some point.

She took her time massaging what needed more work than other places on my body. Why would anyone pay for 60 minutes in order to receive 40??? Masseuse promptly ended the session at an hour after my appointment was scheduled, despite being called in late, which really means that I received maybe 35 minutes of service. No complaints with the actual massage but the cost is ridiculous compared to the experience.

I wanted to stay loyal but just not come until the majority of the COVID-19 problem has passed. as of that moment I had the equivalent credit of over seven hours of massages and I've already paid for. ME would NOT allow that, I pointed out if you don't allow it I will leave and never come back even though I've been paying monthly for multi year. You're going to lose my money either way but if you allow my account to be hibernated instead of losing a happy loyal Customer you will beginning an angry ex. My physician believes I am carrying so much stress inside that it is causing all kinds of physical symptoms. I tried reiki to stave off using meds. This session with Erin was incredible. I could feel some of that tension and tightness leave my system. It was indescribable. I am so glad that I tried this before starting any medication. I consider myself a skeptic but really tried to be open to the process and I definitely feel lighter and more in control. I slept well for the first time in months last evening. Erin is experienced, calming, and thoroughly explained the process. I was comfortable and felt like I was in capable and caring hands. I will definitely recommend this experience to others!
