Clean, welcoming, great vibes, wall of lots of choices of polishes, roomy in an airy open space and no smell of chemicals. I was taken right away appointment time was on spot. Mike was awesome! He had me pick out my pedi type and could tell I just had a pedi. The water was perfect temperature not too hot like I have had at the other spa. There was no pain, no discomfort just pure relaxing enjoyment. The massage was accompanied with hot rocks, hot towels and the topical lotions made my skin so smooth. After the pedi I air dried in a comfy seat and they checked in on me several times. It was the best experience! Worth the drive from wherever you are in Rochester.

I would recommend this to a friend. However the "waiting area" is only 5 chairs facing into the salon. He used the dremel tool WAY too fast to where it burned my cuticles. When I winced he stopped briefly and I asked him if he could slow down. He did for a few seconds but then sped right up again. I asked for coffin shape and got uneven squares, which looked bad. The paint job itself was good though. I ended up cutting them down and rounding them off myself. I also didn't realize they didn't take credit cards until after the fact; nothing was posted on the doors or at the desk indicating that. I had to use their ATM which charged an additional fee. I understand wanting to get through a procedure quickly, but when you're physically hurting your customers because you're in a rush, that's a problem.

I moved to Philly so I no longer go there, however, I wanted to treat my 15 year old niece to getting her nails done while I am in town visiting, so I took her here. we arrived to the salon, Cindy remembered me and all was well. My niece showed her a picture of what she wanted done and Cindy said no problem. So after an hour of my niece getting her nails done, they were not looking anything like the picture she showed Cindy...My niece simply asked if they would be shiny and look more like the photo once she was done (it was nearing the end so my niece was getting worried they wouldnt) and after she asked this simple question politely, Cindy went off! It was the craziest, weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. I will never understand why she was so rude and mean over not providing the requested service. She started yelling, standing up, stomping around and said I can't do that picture, a place in canadaigua can but it costs $75, so just go there!!! First of all, if you knew you couldn't do it, tell us that in the first place so that either we could do a different look all together or go somewhere else but instead she waited til she was nearly done to tell us this. So, then, my niece was just asking what her options were because she was unhappy with her nails and Cindy takes nail clippers and CUTS THE TIPS ALL OFF and tells us to get out.... I am not exaggerating when I tell you we weren't rude, (I'm in customer service myself so I get it), and she treated customers this way? And on top of it I now have too pay $5 in ATM fees for nothing. My neice now has acrylic on the bottom half of her nails and needs to soak it off on our own time and had to buy supplies to do so.
