Walked in for a pedicure and had the WORST service. They did not soak my feet to start. The water was DISGUSTING! The person who did my toes was terrible. Didn't cut my nails down. Cut me while doing my nails & they Charged me 60$ for a 45$ pedicure. No where on the pedicure menu does it say anything about charges for gel or anything (at least not on the description flyer at the chairs). Do NOT recommend!!! read more

We showed up and while some had to wait, our service was great. Massages for all, beautiful color selection, and kind service. This is my favorite nail salon in Geneva. Let me tell you why- they open at 9:30 which is very convenient. Linda the owner is fantastic. They give excellent chair massages. According to Yelp I've checked in here 24 times since I moved here 14 months ago. I've checked out a few other places in the area and I keep coming back. I call ahead and they only have not been able to get me in quickly once. Everyone here is so sweet to my 4 year old daughter. I bring her in occasionally as a special treat. I like that they give an itemized bill and take cards. Sure it's not the fanciest nail place ever but I come in every 2-3 weeks for a pedicure or manicure or both. I don't need anything pretty- I need consistent and reasonably priced which is why I come back again. read more

I made an appointment yesterday, first time there. Their fills are expensive but I needed them done so I figured I would bite the bullet! Not only were they not friendly the man doing my nails clipped my skin twice and today all my polish is coming off even though I got a gel fill! Disrespectful and dishonest! My young daughter went to get her nails done with a friend for the first time. She asked for a gel, but they ended up doing more than what she had asked and then charged her for it. $80 later! My daughter was so scared to tell us about it because she only wanted the gel for around $40. One staff started working on her nails, then someone else came to finish it. My daughter was confused. This was my third time at iNails for a fill. The first time was okay, nothing too special and I was surprised by the warm towel/back massage, which at first was a little awkward. The last two times have been great though! Linda (the owner) has done my last two fills and I couldn't be happier with the turn out. I've been coming to this place since it opened (2011/2012), and while I no longer live in Geneva and my visits are not as frequent, I feel as though my opinion of iNails holds some weight. Back in the day I would get frequent pedicures and gel manicures. I've really never had a bad experience here. They are extremely dependable. Now I just typically get pedicures whenever I'm in town, and I still get the same dependable service. My nails always look great, the staff is awesome, they don't rush me in and out, and the salon is always clean. It's not going to be an amazing mild-blowing experience, but for the price I'm always happy. I'm not sure if they still do it, but they used to have a really great loyalty program and I used to get free manicures all the time, so that was really cool. read more

Cute place. Very nice technicians who greeted me as I walked through the door. I was from out of town. The decor is a bit outdated but clean and gets the job done. It is large and seems to be able to accommodate a lot of guest. I'm from out of town and they accommodated me as a short notice call ahead. The gentleman that did my nails was very nice and the service itself was good. They could have been more detail oriented about cutting the cuticle. They use opi products. So this is my second time coming to this spot. I'm in town for the weekend and needed a quick mani/pedi. The salon is spacious. Very quiet, not like my neighborhood salon in Queens. I was greeted right away and told to pick my polish. Decent selection of colors (OPI, Essie, Color Club etc) somewhat limited in their Gel selection though. Tony was my technician. He was quite rough but I didn't mind. My feet looked like I was living under a bridge for the past year. Tony tried to upsell me on the "spa" pedicure which we all know is bs. I can scrub my calves at home with some seasalts for free ninety nine thank you very much! A regular pedi is 25 bucks. Pretty expensive. Way more expensive than my hood but I get it. Supply and demand. To remove the calluses they charge and extra 7 dollars all in all they did a pretty spectacular job. I had a really nice pedicure with Juan. In fact I will come here from now on. I am a groomer. I love going into a nail salon with mostly women! Guys who don't treat themselves to this do not know what they are missing. This place is NOT cheap. Pedis are pricy on the east coast. The prices here, $35, $45, $55!!! What ? I just paid $18 in San Francisco and your cheapest is $35. Then I had the service. A MAZING. Juan massaged my feet, legs, toes, soles for 10 minutes each leg!!! This was much needed. The staff is SUPER friendly and wonderful. I have had manicures and pedicures here for years. I have been here with my friends and family as well telling them how great they are. They do a great job and also give a complimentary massage while you are getting your nails dried. Awesome!!! I always give them decent tips, especially when doing pedicures. Moved here from Maryland recently and I've been on the hunt for a new nail salon. I came here about a week ago to get a gel manicure. The color I picked was wrong. I picked a light pink and got a hot pink. They're gel selection wasn't so great. The guy didn't do a very good job and the nail polish started coming off a few days later. Normally with gel it lasts a few weeks. (For me anyways.) They also don't do autoclave their tools. From what I saw. (In Maryland the salons did. So I guess I'm use to that) good thing about this place is the massage I got while waiting for my nails to dry and it's clean. I like this salon on how much room there is but however, they are rough on your hands and don't seem to speak much english. I wanted an ombré color on my nails and they said they would charge an extra $15 if I wanted it which I found somewhat ridiculous. They did not do a very well painting job my gel color came off in days due to them not putting more than 1 coat on. I like this place but be careful with what you get. read more

My friends and I were a part of a bridal party and came in to get our nails and feet done before the wedding. Kim and Cheryl were absolutely amazing, but "Jenny" on the other hand, was completely disrespectful. She tore apart the cuticles of the brides nails and made them bleed, and then harassed another bridesmaid out loud for not tipping. She left a tip, the owner cashed her out. "Jenny" made a scene and embarrassed herself and proceeded to talk crap to other guests about us. We had a great experience other than that but I wouldn't recommend her at all! Keep in mind, our bill was over $400 and we all tipped at least 20%, I alone tipped 40%! Plus being in the service business, from being a server myself, you know not to beg for tips. Went for a pedicure and a gel manicure. Their website says a pedicure is $25, yet the lady handed me a pamphlet with pedicure "deals" which were between $35 and $55. Pedicure turned out well and the polish was perfectly applied. During my pedicure, another lady kept pushing me to pick a color for my gel and told me to take my time, yet came back and hovered over me every two seconds until I finally decided. I am so displeased with my nails. The lady couldn't understand me or didn't want to understand me when I told her exactly what I wanted. She kept pushing "square tips" on me when I wanted more natural. My tips are all uneven and she kept getting polish on my skin. I will not be returning here. read more

Very clean place. They have fans to take away the filing dust, however, they have pretty outdated techniques. DON"T get the more expensive gel nails IF you do any sort of manual labor including gardening, housework etc. My gel nails coating cracked and chipped the first few days. When I went back I was told I "needed a fill." Right. I've never needed a fill sooner than 2 weeks. I decided to give the gel nails another chance and within two days, cracking chipping and the gel coat was definitely compromised. I listed the prices as "moderate" however if you are going back every three days to get a "fill" then it is uber-expensive! Going back to Chausie's bulletproof, more modern pink and white that lasts for four weeks! read more
