He used the dremel tool WAY too fast to where it burned my cuticles. When I winced he stopped briefly and I asked him if he could slow down. He did for a few seconds but then sped right up again. I asked for coffin shape and got uneven squares, which looked bad. The paint job itself was good though. I ended up cutting them down and rounding them off myself. I also didn't realize they didn't take credit cards until after the fact; nothing was posted on the doors or at the desk indicating that. I had to use their ATM which charged an additional fee. I understand wanting to get through a procedure quickly, but when you're physically hurting your customers because you're in a rush, that's a problem.

I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience at Inails in Seneca falls today, August 27th, for my 6:00 PM appointment. I went in with my mom and asked for a polish change and to have fake toenails added to both of my big toes. One of the fake toenails had come off, so I simply needed it repaired. The woman doing my nails immediately made a big issue over the shape of the existing fake toenail. She kept insisting that it definitely was not done at their salon because it did not look like the new one she had just put on. I can assure them that it was done there--I had my toenails done at Inails on August 4th at 1:00 PM. What made the entire situation even more upsetting was the way I felt I was being treated. The employees appeared to be laughing, and the woman doing my nails seemed angry and was pointing at my toe while talking to other workers. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. My mom was having her nails done by Layla, the owner, and when my mom asked what the issue was, she was told it was about the color to downplay the situation. However, from what I understood, that did not appear to be what they were actually arguing about. I used my phone to translate the conversation, so I was able to understand more of what was being said than they may have realized. I have been to this salon before and have been going there for awhile. which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I came in for a simple repair and polish change and instead left feeling embarrassed, singled out, and extremely upset. I believe customers deserve to be treated with respect and spoken to professionally, especially in front of other employees and customers. The way the employees were yelling at each other regarding this was not professional AT ALL. I hope this review encourages the salon to take a closer look at how customers are treated. I will definitely be sharing this to my friends who I have been there with many times and continue to spread the word to others.

We likely were their last massage of the day. We arrived early and mentioned it was our first time. The lady from the front showed us to the sunroom and locker room and personally showed me to my locker. She did not mention there is a sauna available without a special reservation. I unfortunately didn't see anyone around after our service to ask. I asked afterwards when we paid . This was quite disappointing, considering there's no hot tub for relaxing before a massage other than sitting in the sunroom on the lovely warm salt lamp for your feet. The massage was great. Be sure to ask for the scalp massage. The menu said online that with the 80 minute massage it was included, but I didn't receive one. I did ask for targeted service (neck etc) so perhaps that replaced the time. Enjoy post service bubbly in your robe in the sunroom! TLDR: ask for sauna location if you're unfamiliar. Consider booking before 5pm for best service.
