I was greeted immediately by the staff and was sat down right away, all tho it was a hour before close. The lady I had did an amazing job. She stayed past close... if that doesn't show dedication and effort then I don't know what does. She was very nice as well and did an amazing job on the design, it was also pretty affordable. He used the dremel tool WAY too fast to where it burned my cuticles. When I winced he stopped briefly and I asked him if he could slow down. He did for a few seconds but then sped right up again. I asked for coffin shape and got uneven squares, which looked bad. The paint job itself was good though. I ended up cutting them down and rounding them off myself. I also didn't realize they didn't take credit cards until after the fact; nothing was posted on the doors or at the desk indicating that. I had to use their ATM which charged an additional fee. I understand wanting to get through a procedure quickly, but when you're physically hurting your customers because you're in a rush, that's a problem.

One drawback was that they seemed to have phone connectivity issues; I called a few times (from my cell and office phone to make sure it wasn't on my end) and every time it would ring once, click, pause, and then end the call. I saw they were accepting walk-ins so I wasn't too upset about it. I went in about 4:30 and only one other person was there with 2 people working. Anna did my set and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I don't typically go for brighter colors but I really liked this one and Anna did a great job. Definitely making this my go-to nail place. I'm not sure if the owners look at these reviews, but I would recommend that they allow for FB messaging or messaging through Yelp just in case phone issues happen frequently.
