He used the dremel tool WAY too fast to where it burned my cuticles. When I winced he stopped briefly and I asked him if he could slow down. He did for a few seconds but then sped right up again. I asked for coffin shape and got uneven squares, which looked bad. The paint job itself was good though. I ended up cutting them down and rounding them off myself. I also didn't realize they didn't take credit cards until after the fact; nothing was posted on the doors or at the desk indicating that. I had to use their ATM which charged an additional fee. I understand wanting to get through a procedure quickly, but when you're physically hurting your customers because you're in a rush, that's a problem.
