For months before my appointment I shared inspo pics with her & she shared comments & suggestions. During my appointment she walked through the process with me & also gave tips for styling & color preservation. Not only did I learn from my appointment but she also took video & shared it so others could learn from it. I also had an appointment with her where I cut over 12 inches of hair off!! She really knows how to rock any style you are looking to do. Other stylists I have had here also are extremely talented. They also collaborate with each other so you will get the best results. I told him to reshape one of the nails that was misshaped and he tried, but between phone calls and cashing people out, they didn't look good. My nails were different shape and one was glooped with acrylic and polish. Beautiful place, but owner needs to know it's okay to say No to a customer calling at the last minute.
