This location is inside of Eastview Mall. They carry all the products and have a beauty insider thing that you can rack up points for all sorts of things and different levels due to your spending habits. I'm now VIB... it's taken a bit.. but I think due to Covid I've been grateful for ordering online and everything comes perfectly packaged. When I was able to get to this location it was great to get samples of perfumes before I bought them.. it was always a plus. It's a great place to find all your fine makeup needs. Give them a whirl! The makeup person was friendly and very helpful. We did not discuss the price of the items I purchased before I paid, and she did not mention the $30 charge. Although I appreciate her help, it bothers me that the employee who scheduled my consultation failed to inform me of the fee.

There are employees that are standing around conversing and when I ask for help it's almost an inconvenience because it seems they want to get back to their socializing. I have asked a few times for items and just pointed to the direction they might exist, with the exception of Rachel and the Clinique personal. As I browsed through the store there were lots of tags on items, deals, discounts, and % off. The Clinique person said if I make a purchase I get a gift. Once I got to the counter and asked the clerk they said " oh that promotion ended yesterday". Every item I put on the counter I was told the same thing, the promotion ended yesterday we just haven't had a chance to change the tags. I ended up only getting one item that apparently was still on sale. The lip gloss I use was advertised as on sale for the minis. When I brought the person to the display she looked it up and said they don't carry minis. Very disappointed. I also tried to return an item with another employee, but it was too late to return. The clerk never looked at me, I complimented their hair, they said they just got it done. I could not tell you the persons eye color because they kept their head down, didn't engage and I felt like I was an inconvenience. I love my Ulta store in California, maybe I will give pittsford a try.

I purchased the K4002 Evergreen Shampoo Unit (Order #KS36434, shipped 12/5/24) and within 10 months…read moreof normal salon use, the chair already developed noticeable wear and a small tear. On top of that, the upholstery is already fading and the material is wearing away, which should not be happening on a professional-grade shampoo unit used in a clean, controlled salon environment. I take excellent care of all my equipment, and nothing sharp or damaging ever comes into contact with this chair. Despite that, Keller 4 Salon told me the tear must have been caused by a "sharp object" and therefore isn't covered under warranty. Their only solutions were: Sending a vinyl swatch so I can try to find a matching repair kit locally. Charging me $490 for a replacement chair portion, with only a 10% discount, a 12-16 week wait, and a required 50% non-refundable deposit. For a chair not even a year old, this is unacceptable. Upholstery shouldn't be tearing, fading, or wearing down in under a year, especially at this price point. The lack of support and refusal to take responsibility has been extremely disappointing. I expected far better quality and customer service from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this chair or purchase again.

I picked out my items, took them to counter to pay. She rudely asked me for my phone #. I told her that I was not in the system and did not want to be. She nastily told me that they needed phone # in case anything needed to be returned. I took cap off hair spray can and sprayed a tiny spray on back of my hand to see if it would spray, cause some I had gotten there did not spray. I said that now I did not need to return anything. She totally flipped out like a mad woman. She told me that I should have sprayed it outside and that I could have killed someone with allergies! OMG! Such a tiny little spray! I told her that if I would taken can outside I would have been arrested for stealing! And she just went on and on, arguing with everything I said. Ipayed got my change, and proceeded to go out door. But I was so upset that I said shut the freak up. Then I came home and called the Sally Corporate Office and complained.
