I purchased the K4002 Evergreen Shampoo Unit (Order #KS36434, shipped 12/5/24) and within 10 months of normal salon use, the chair already developed noticeable wear and a small tear. On top of that, the upholstery is already fading and the material is wearing away, which should not be happening on a professional-grade shampoo unit used in a clean, controlled salon environment. I take excellent care of all my equipment, and nothing sharp or damaging ever comes into contact with this chair. Despite that, Keller 4 Salon told me the tear must have been caused by a "sharp object" and therefore isn't covered under warranty. Their only solutions were: Sending a vinyl swatch so I can try to find a matching repair kit locally. Charging me $490 for a replacement chair portion, with only a 10% discount, a 12-16 week wait, and a required 50% non-refundable deposit. For a chair not even a year old, this is unacceptable. Upholstery shouldn't be tearing, fading, or wearing down in under a year, especially at this price point. The lack of support and refusal to take responsibility has been extremely disappointing. I expected far better quality and customer service from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this chair or purchase again. read more

I am pretty upset as I have left two reviews about a shampoo bowl/chair I ordered and the reviews are not on the site. I find that so misleading and so wrong. My shampoo chair came missing many screws and bolts and important parts that my contractor had to go get. Also the Caitlyn shampoo chair, the bowl is pretty high and it is very difficult for shorter clients. If I would've known this, I would've never have gotten it. It is so hard to wash the nape of the neck and not soak clients. I think it is so misleading and so wrong with companies do not include all reviews. That should be illegal. read more

I purchased 6 chairs and within 8 weeks everyone of them ripped at the seams. They offered to replace them but with such poor quality I requested a refund. They approved it but kept $300 to cover the shipping! I had to pay $300 for the 6 chairs that are garbage and I have to pay to dispose of them because no one even wants them for free. On top of this when I recieved them the freight company just picked a day and time I had to be available. They had no phone number to call and I was told they only communicate via email. No one could confirm if they were actually coming until an hour before and then they were 3 hours late. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My old chairs lasted over 6 years.
