Extra charges were not in writing for gel pedicure pricing, I didn't know I was being charged $15 extra and the owner humiliated me in front of other customers in the store/I should know gel cost and what they charge. Lack of customer service and poor treatment of the patron. I only learned of this at the cash register and there is nothing in writing. I would recommend everyone try the INails pedicure! They have different levels to choose from. I am not sure what I picked but I know they used lavender item, hot towels, hot rock and they worked on me for about an hour. I sing all my praises to the lady that work with me I ordered a full set of nails with hand design. I choose the gel polish when I can in and let the lady doing the pedicure know what it was. I had to wait a few minutes while the gentleman finished a custumer before starting on my nails. Another person helped with placing the nails on and she went over the color with me. I showed the design when I walked in "Yes we can do that" "pick your color". Again when she put my nails on. " Yes we can do that" Then I showed him what I wanted. I had some trouble understanding what he was saying. He kept looking at it and asked if I wanted one one nail or all nails. I wanted it like it shows. He said for all nails they would charge. $20.00. I said ok. He said you want only one on each nail. I said well if that is too much trouble then do it on one finger each hand. The design was leaves. Like 2 orange and 2 silver on one nail. He said it would be too hard to layer the colors and he could do one on each finger. I agreed. He said " You want silver right?" I stopped him and showed him a color I liked with the cat eye. They did not have that color. I ended up choosing just a nail polish with some black specks. While he was using the dermal, he was burning each nail. It was horrible. He was looing all around instead of watching. At one point I pulled back with force and yelled "Ouch" He quickly apologised and said that happens sometimes. I thought yeah on every finger! The problem I find is once them nails are on you are at there mercy! You have to follow through! Then he offered a MATT clear coat for only $5.00 more. I said I guess I do need a top coat. I miss understand and he put the shinny clear coat. Maybe if he explained it better I would of choose the Matt. They offer like a 30 to 60 second neck massage if you choose. Of course he eventualy asked me and I excepted. I like that he almost snapped my neck off with the pressure. But I think the average person would of not liked it. I feel it was his way of getting back at me for being choosy with what I wanted! I watched him with others as I sat with my pedicure. Much different then what he did with me. When we finished I gave them both tips. He quickly cashed me out and then rang up the pedicure. Very confusing. He walked away and left me figuring out the 2nd one while the lady who assisted me with the pedicure was also confused. I did not like this system. With this man just walked away while inthe middle of a transaction. I can not say much about sanitary conditions. Some may of thought there practice unsanitary. I do not go enough to know. But loved the pedicure. Not sure I would go back for nails. I see why people say on Google they are disappointed in what they walked out with for the nails. Very clean. No wait as I was a walk in. I wish I had gotten the girl's name who did my pedicure. She was so great. That having been said, I chose the spa pedicure for $45, which is a HUGE luxury for me, but I really wanted/needed pampering. It was a lot of money and my heels are not soft, and I have gotten that out of basic pedicures at other places. I have been going to inails for about 6 months And i have really liked getting my nails done there As of late, I am not feeling the same. My nails lasted for about a week before they started breaking. I get the powder and if done correctly, I can usually get a little more than 3 weeks before having to go back for a refresh. So I went in to get the first one fixed. I showed the young woman with the bigger glasses (apparently the owner) the color I had which was a light peach and she disagreed and told me it was a lighter pink color. I disagreed and she got the light pink. She said my nails yellowed. She fixed it and pink was clearly the wrong color. After having broken several more within that same week, I went in for a refresh. I brought my mom who wanted a $40gel manicure. She had the young salon owner. I was sitting right next to her a wondered why her hands were under the uv light without nail color. my mom didn't know why When my mom went up to pay my mom was charged 50. I questioned this and the young woman said it was for an acrylic fill and Gel manicure. "A Fill for what" I asked. She told me that mom has fake nails. "My mother doesn't have fake nails. Mom do you have fake nails." My mom replies with her fingers held high, "no these are my nails.". The girl insisted that they were fake. We insisted that they were not fake. The girl went on and on. I could barely understand her. I heard Fake, fill, nail, gel manicure, uv gel. Everyone is looking at this point!. I said thank you and We left. I am fuming. My mom is 81. Long time customer but after the last time will Never go back! Made an appointment 3 days in advance to fix a problem from the last appointment and arrived on time for the appointment to be told the girl had left. No one called to tell me there was an issue. Then was told would have to wait 20-40 minutes to have the same person fix the issues that didn't care the first time it was wrong. The staff acted like it was my fault and was rude and after speaking to the owner several times still wasn't able to give me a solution on how to fix this. After awhile I ended up going to a different place which was amazing and so much nicer to have them fix it. Cost me more money to fix the issue that INails created but will never go back! They are rough on your hands leaving marks and pulling you around and they obviously don't need the business there! read more

Adequate manicure, good pedicure. They do push strongly for a gel manicure, so be prepared for a basic mani if you choose not to go with the gel -- as in no soaking of your hands/nails at all. The salon employee used some moisturizing cream, but my hands still looked dry after the mani was done. Eh ok I personally won't be going back. I wanted a set of acrylics and the woman was very very set on me getting a gel manicure so I said ok i figured I would try something new. Love the color but the top coat wasn't complete put on all of the nails. You can see where it ends in the middle of some of the nails. All of my nails feel sticky or tacky. My one pinky finger has so many fuzzys and stuff stuck to it it's ridiculous. I have tried washing my hands and that has done nothing. read more

There is never a wait, my nails and toes are always done to perfection (June does a great job), and the staff is always so kind!
