It takes an understanding and patient technician to clip every tiny thing that could be pickable. I'm also ALWAYS in a hurry so I know that doesn't help. I have been going to this location for several years. Ellie, who no longer owns the salon and her staff were absolutely amazing to me. Because I was a very regular client, (big tipper) they would braid my hair sometimes, when I would occasionally get a design done, she wouldn't charge me anything extra, she and Oleana would do my nails together so I could get done faster... Needless to say I was devastated when they left and opened the new salon in the Syracuse area. I have gone back to the salon once since they changed ownership and they did a good job. Not as well as I'm used to but I will go back and HOPEFULLY with time, they will get to know what I need and like. I have a good feeling about the new salon and staff there.
