One never followed up with any proposals, etc. Another came and listened to what we wanted, but required a Large deposit and a signed contract before providing any renderings. They did give me a ballpark price which was Way out of our budget. The representative from CDW listened to what we wanted to do. He also took extensive measurements inside and outside of the house. He said CDW would provide computer renderings within 2 weeks. No deposit required. He also asked about our budget for the project. We liked what we saw on the computer renderings. We had CDW adjust the size of the space down a little from the original drawings and the price reached our budget. We hired them for the job at this point. We are very happy with how the project went. All the subcontractors showed up when promised and on time. They all did very nice work. the carpenter team was outstanding at problem solving any issues that came up adding a new addition onto an old farmhouse. We did make a few changes to the original plan and CDW was very accommodating. The communication between their office staff and us was outstanding. We couldn't ask for a nicer finished project or a better company to work with. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

I did actually speak with Robin in mid to late November and she scheduled Jeff to come out on the 16th of December but he was a no-show. I've tried to call her three or four times but all I get is the answering machine. I've never tried so hard to do business with a company in my life, only to get shut down.
