Fantastic Not only did they spare my white recently remodeled bathroom and not drag the electric snake into the house, they didn't take out the toilets and ran it through the roof (the hole in the pipe was tried first but no luck). They got the clog out, patched the hole and came back the next day. I always had water and sewer. And they even checked to make sure my kitchen was good. He took credit card. Very friendly and professional. And according to the neighbors, I got off CHEAP. So call these guys. They're fantastic. I'm saving them for future fun projects because they're a good price and cool dudes

He told my parents the only solution was to shut off the water to the entire house from the outside. He didn't even ask to look at the water heater inside of the house. ​My parents then got incontact with a family friend who is a plumber for his opinion. He knew exactly what was wrong just by looking at a photo. He fixed it in 20 minutes the next morning and pointed out that we didn't even need to shut the water off outside--there was an interior valve by the water heater the first guy completely missed. ​Roto-Rooter wasted our time and left my parents without water unnecessarily. They need to hire more qualified technicians who know what they are doing.

The entire coil price (4500ish) was for if the TVX couldn't be taken off, which it was two bolts so the coil replacement wasn't necessary. This could have been ID'd if the tech had removed the service panel and looked at the coil in the first place. So ultimately you were charging 3800ish dollars to replace a TVX which was a 80 dollar part. You wasted my time and kept my family in the heat for an additional week due to lack of communication. I got my system eventually fixed for 380 bucks ish, with nothing ID'd by your tech actually needing to be replaced. Thanks for nothing.

Near bedtime on the weekend, I heard a rushing noise under the sink. Lots of towels, along with a large bowl to catch any water that might drip, made me feel relatively safe. But by morning the rushing noise could be heard coming down the steps. The towels were soaked & there was water on the floor. The slow drip was now a near flood. The immediate solution was turning off the water valves to the sink and dishwasher & cleaning up the mess. On Monday morning, hearing the drip had progressed, Don said he would send someone right over. And he did! Kendall was pleasant & knowledgeable. The problem was twofold: the mid 80s era Quest shut off valves & the faucet itself. He had the valves in the truck but went out of his way to go out & purchase a faucet & sprayer that would fit the holes in my sink. Thanks Kendall! All was well. Believe it or not, the next day the Quest valve to my vanity toilet failed. I knew it was the shut off valve because it turned so easily. Don & Kendall both came the next day & verified my diagnosis. After they replaced the valve, Don put the stamp of approval on a new toilet that I wanted for the vanity. It's being delivered Sunday. Don & Kendall are coming Monday to install it.
