Poor work was done to my expensive Fezz tube amp that Bluebird Music sent to him for repair. The only issue it had was the volume on the remote did not work. When the tube amp arrived at my house the power supply was loose and ready to fall off - The wrong volume assembly was used and scraped the faceplate and was also falling off. When I connected the amp - Nothing but loud static noise. He blames it on shipping damages. I wish i could post the video and photos here.

Sam arrived on time the day of the appointment. We can't say enough about Sam, he was very professional and knew exactly what we requested and began his work. I was unaware how this company charges, when I called to get an electrician to hang some overhead…read morefixtures for me. First, I was told that there would be a $79 charge for the inspection and I thought that this would be included in the estimate. But no, it is a separate charge! The electrician was polite and I am sure he is capable, however, after looking at the 4 overhead lighting fixtures he spent the next 45 minutes writing up what looked like a small novel. My fixtures are very moderately priced, 2 from Wayfair and 2 older ones I had for a long time. (not huge Waterford crystal by any means) I also wanted 2 GFI's replaced. When I inquired about the final bill the electrician showed me a "book" that gave me a discount if I joined the "club" at $9.95 a month. All prices were spelled out in the "book"! So... it was over $8000.00 if I am NOT a member and $7000.00 If i Join the club, to HANG 4 OVERHEAD FIXTURES!! More than the total price of the fixtures! The 2 GFI's were in the $600.00 range!! I was astounded to say the least. I guess I did not ask enough questions up front. My guess is that the electrician never expected to do the job at that price but to either sign up a sucker for the "club" or just go collect $79 from the next suspect like me. I notice all good reviews are old, 2016 thru 2018. I suspect something has changed. If you decide to use these folks I suggest you ask what the "book" prices are first!
