If you try to call back to find out why Hampton Roads Water is essentially ROBO-DIALING you, you will be sent to a VOIP answering service funhouse. Get real!! Essentially it's a strip-mall call center with 3 people behind the curtain and a few chuckleheads in the field. The calls come in from phone numbers with multiple VA area codes where they supposedly have locations. If you're not totally scammed into purchasing a bogus water filtration system for your house like others have, at the very least good luck trying to get taken off their call list. Once you answer that door or call, you're in a long term relationship with this company. It makes me really sad that some people have been taken for what sounds like a lot of money. He explained that a capillary tube was leaking and that caused the refrigerant to leak out. He made the repair and told us that there was no charge for the repair because he said it could have possibly been done during the installation of the evaporator coil.
