Tim asked me to send pictures of my shower door assembly to remove. I sent the pictures to him. In a couple of days he sent me an estimate by Email of his price to do the job. I was satisfied and had him book me. In a couple days he showed up as promised, went into the garage to check the doors for proper fit. He was satisfied and began the project. He finished the job in one day, to include the clean up. He had worked professionally. Holding an occasional conversation with Tim he answered my questions knowledgeable and showed courtesy to me. Tim.tan into a problem. Lowe's had ordered a door which did open on one side. That was the way this one was. I thought I had to order another one. Tim told me he would try to adapt it to open only proper side. He did indeed to exchange opening side. If he hadn't accomplished to do this, I would have to order. another door. The exchange time had past. This was a very expensive door. Even though he had to make the wrong door fit perfectly, we were completely impressed with the out of his expertise. And after bad experiences with the "big box" stores on major appliance and home related purchases, I wasn't giving them any more money. Of all things, my plumbing contractor recommending Dominion Floor Covering after I even complained to them about bad service, and I have to say I what a great recommendation. After my initial inquiry, Nick came by the next day, took the measurements and with 24 hours I had an estimate. After I finalized my material color selection I had the work scheduled. The day of the work the crew arrived one half hour EARLY (when does ANY contractor show up early?). The three man crew led by Steve with Ronnie and Keith worked with great diligence, and were done by 4pm. The overall finish of my new flooring is excellent, the amount of custom cutting for molding and transitions due to the layout of my home was first class, the place was cleaned up with no debris, the whole thing was just great. In all my years as a home owner, I've never seen anything like. I have additional flooring work to complete, and no doubt I'm having Dominion come back to do it. Highly recommend.

Caleb and his team were efficient in coming out, assessing the problem and solving it within a week and a half when I spent a year and a half with these other contractors desperately trying to get them to do the work. Since they put in the fix, there has been no rain in my kitchen when it rains I think from this point forward if I have any exterior work that needs to be done on my house Caleb and his team are gonna be the only people I call!

In 2021 we were renting a home where the landlords used Top Stream for services. But, since then we have bought a home. We had Top Stream come out for 2 estimates. One being gutter cleaning, and power washing. The second is new windows for our house. In early March 2025 we had our gutters cleaned and the house power washed. They did an amazing job. They went above and beyond with their work. They pressure washed a section of our porch where there was a grease stain.not something that was on the list of things to do, so it was greatly appreciated. We really, really appreciated that. I could see a real positive difference in the exterior of our house. Pricing for the power washing and gutter cleaning was comparable to others. We also like to support local businesses. The gutter cleaning resulted in the large amount of rain we had to properly come out of the gutters. We really needed a gutter cleaning. They did an amazing job with that as well. Windows: The process of the window purchasing went pretty good. The estimate was below a lot of the big well known large companies. Again, we wanted to support local business. The measurement process was quick. It took about 3-4 weeks for the windows to come in and another week or two before the process was complete. The installation took 3 days. They did well. The three men here were great! We enjoyed their personalities, hard work, and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the whole process. It was one of the best decisions we made for our house. Their communication was great during the whole process and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Top Stream has always been great with communication. Caleb and his staff have always been professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend them. Our next project will be a new door, as they offer that service. My husband had said he will absolutely be using Top Stream for future projects. They installed jacks, beams and sistered cracked joist. they also let us know that part of the problem was the high humidity in our Crawlspace so they encapsulated the entire Crawlspace and installed two dehumidifiers. They did great follow up and after a lot of work seem to have stopped the problems from getting worse, which is all we could ask. Every crew they sent was incredible - professional, friendly, hard working and efficient. All the crew leaders let us know exactly what they were doing and Adian even found and fixed issues with our HVAC ducts and registers that we didn't know about. it took a long time and, to be honest, was not cheap, but Bay does great work and follow up. we would use them again.

Quotes us for the work that was actually needed and explained why. Bay's quote was $18,000 less than the other two companies quotes. Please note that we went with Bay and the work they have done is excellent. I have been in my house for 10 years and I have never seen the pump work so good. Everyone gave us excellent customer services. The sales person was very thorough with his inspection and quote. The onsite manager and workers gave a timeline and was finished early. They also made sure that all areas where very clean. The office customer services made sure we where updated on scheduling.
