I was satisfied and had him book me. In a couple days he showed up as promised, went into the garage to check the doors for proper fit. He was satisfied and began the project. He finished the job in one day, to include the clean up. He had worked professionally. Holding an occasional conversation with Tim he answered my questions knowledgeable and showed courtesy to me. Tim.tan into a problem. Lowe's had ordered a door which did open on one side. That was the way this one was. I thought I had to order another one. Tim told me he would try to adapt it to open only proper side. He did indeed to exchange opening side. If he hadn't accomplished to do this, I would have to order. another door. The exchange time had past. This was a very expensive door. Even though he had to make the wrong door fit perfectly, we were completely impressed with the out of his expertise. One never followed up with any proposals, etc. Another came and listened to what we wanted, but required a Large deposit and a signed contract before providing any renderings. They did give me a ballpark price which was Way out of our budget. The representative from CDW listened to what we wanted to do. He also took extensive measurements inside and outside of the house. He said CDW would provide computer renderings within 2 weeks. No deposit required. He also asked about our budget for the project. We liked what we saw on the computer renderings. We had CDW adjust the size of the space down a little from the original drawings and the price reached our budget. We hired them for the job at this point. We are very happy with how the project went. All the subcontractors showed up when promised and on time. They all did very nice work. the carpenter team was outstanding at problem solving any issues that came up adding a new addition onto an old farmhouse. We did make a few changes to the original plan and CDW was very accommodating. The communication between their office staff and us was outstanding. We couldn't ask for a nicer finished project or a better company to work with. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

There was a small gap between ceiling (ceilings fault ... it slants) and top of cabinet which was actually not CDW's fault (Home Depot did not add scribe molding to original estimate) and Dale called me back immediately to explain problem and offer a solution. I appreciate solutions and not excuses! I would definitely feel comfortable referring to my friends and family based on my experience.

Yarkey came out, inspected, explained the reasoning and added metal flashing to ensure it was not a problem. Additionally, our gutter guard is from the 80's and there were problems with nails falling behind it. Eventually the nails showed up hanging between the facia and the gutter. Yarkey removed all the hanging nails before they left. We love the job they originally did on our roof, but can't say enough about them backing up their work down the road. Yarkey is a quality company and has ended up being a cost effective value for us.

After finding them online and seeing my city listed, I called to schedule an estimate. I was then told that because I live more than 30 miles from their location, I am outside of their service area, even though I live in Williamsburg. The website should be specific and state that they only service parts of Williamsburg or mention their mileage limit. This was a complete waste of my time. I recommend they update their website to be more transparent with potential customers.

I could see a real positive difference in the exterior of our house. Pricing for the power washing and gutter cleaning was comparable to others. We also like to support local businesses. The gutter cleaning resulted in the large amount of rain we had to properly come out of the gutters. We really needed a gutter cleaning. They did an amazing job with that as well. Windows: The process of the window purchasing went pretty good. The estimate was below a lot of the big well known large companies. Again, we wanted to support local business. The measurement process was quick. It took about 3-4 weeks for the windows to come in and another week or two before the process was complete. The installation took 3 days. They did well. The three men here were great! We enjoyed their personalities, hard work, and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the whole process. It was one of the best decisions we made for our house. Their communication was great during the whole process and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Top Stream has always been great with communication. Caleb and his staff have always been professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend them.
