Roof going up
Queta Q.

This company was so easy to work with and a fast response to my leaky roof. They had someone put their in less then two days and roof was up in less then a week.... I am so impressed with their customer service. Thank you WT Anderson Comp. I got 3 estimates and they look more professional and more responsive with communication.

This is the finished product. WTA handled the the siding, trim, and front door.

We used WT Andersen for a MAJOR exterior renovation. All new premium insulated vinyl siding, fascia, trim, front door, gutters... Other than a mistake in the order by the consultant/salesperson, which lead to a significant delay (manufacturing delays), the project was well run. If I ever had questions, very importantly, the office was responsive and easy to track the back and forth in an email chain. Also, the installers Nestor and Juan are great to work with. Detail oriented and lots of experience.

They seemingly have great reviews,- but my experience with their window installation leaves a lot to be desired. First,- they were supposed to install new construction windows. They cut off the fins and installed as replacement. Got a small refund. Miscommunication,- Fine. Then, I find out that they don't insulate around the windows unless there's a "Big Gap". Well,- I'm taking the stools out so I can redo them (Reno Project, they were told this would happen), and there's lot's of easily accessible gaps. Some so big, the amount of caulk used to close them up from the inside is insane. Could have fit plenty of insulation in there with an inch gap from drywall to window frame, an inch+ from the rough opening to the window frame. Some of the Window Wrap doesn't even go down the front of the house, just on top of the frame and onto the stool itself. They came back to fix some cracks around the exterior window trim. Taking a look at it,- the gaps are still there and now there's just huge blobs of caulk that will likely make it hard for water to run down smoothly... And the holes and cracks are still not filled. I can look from the inside of the house, straight outside through some of these holes with the drywall removed. Pretty sure drywall isn't waterproof. So now that I'm at this point, I'm removing each window that's held up by 4 screws with no shims, to reapply window wrap and properly square the windows up, and apply foam. Making sure that there's no holes in the top of the trim so that water won't leak into the frame,- and filling the gaps left from caulking the exterior trim to the window. It's not bad for 2 of the 5 windows I've peeled back the drywall on, but that doesn't inspire confidence. I paid them to do it since I'm already redoing drywall, painting, redoing the floors, tiling, etc. While working full time. Now I know I should have just done it myself to start. Luckily they have a great 3 year warranty. But I don't plan on using it since I'm going in and making sure everything is good before drywalling everything back up. I know things have been crazy for renovations and all that but this is way under the quality level I was expecting for the price I paid,- even after the discount. Hopefully they aren't rushing like this for everyone.

wt anderson roofing I suggest you do not use these companies I live in a HOA Community of which I am the President. Our management Company recommended WT Anderson Roofing, to use for our roof replacement project. Eight homeowners out of thirteen participated. When the roofs were ready for the new shingles to be placed, a delivery truck carrying shingles for three roofs parked in my driveway without getting my permission or telling me in advance. They subsequently crushed and cracked several parts of my driveway. WT Anderson Roofing contacted the shingle distributor about the incident and they acknowledged their responsibility. WT Anderson told me they needed me to get three concrete company estimates. After a week of making phone calls I could only get one company to come to my house to look at the damage. That was Bell Concrete Construction LLC of Va. Beach. The day of Bell's work I told their Forman (Robert) that the concrete that was poured did not look like the rest of my driveway. He told me it had to dry and cure and it would look right. It still is not right and the work was completed in September. After the workman left I received a phone call from the Foreman of Bell Concrete Construction asking me to approve the job, so WT Anderson would release their check. I know nothing about concrete so I took the Foreman for his word, that what they poured was the correct concrete and would look right after it cured. I learned about concrete since then and was told the rest my driveway was aggregate. I requested WT Anderson to come to my home and inspect the problem. They never acknowledged my request. The owner of WT Anderson told me to call Bell and talk to them. I did not hire Bell Concrete Construction, WT Anderson did. WT Anderson's owner told me to call the distributing company that I did not hire, Anderson did. These companies are stonewalling me. I highly recommend not using these companies. I have put in a complaint to the BBB. Respectfully, J Kent

This company installed rain gutters all the way around my house, and did a terrific job. I highly recommend it for your construction needs.

What was promised as a smooth, professional roofing project turned into a prolonged, disorganized, and deeply disappointing ordeal marked by poor communication, repeated delays, and a complete lack of accountability. This was not just an inconvenience--it was an unacceptable experience that has left us extremely dissatisfied. Communication from both the project manager and crew was virtually nonexistent. There were multiple days when no one showed up at all, and other days where productivity appeared minimal at best. We were originally told this would be a one- to two-day project. Instead, it took seven days to complete what should have been a basic roof replacement. That level of inefficiency and lack of coordination is inexcusable. Even more concerning was the condition in which our property was left. Nails were scattered throughout the yard, debris was left behind--including cigarette butts--and there was little to no regard for cleanup or the safety of my family and pets. This created a legitimate safety hazard. At one point, a member of my household stepped on a nail. Fortunately, it did not puncture the skin due to thick footwear, but the situation could have easily resulted in serious injury. That level of negligence is unacceptable. To make matters worse, the roof was not completed as expected, and despite repeated attempts to get answers or support, follow-up from the company has been severely lacking. We were told multiple times that someone from upper management would contact us--yet weeks later, we have heard nothing. Instead, we continue to receive generic emails suggesting they would like to do future work for us, which is both tone-deaf and frustrating given our experience. While some form of compensation was offered, it was nowhere near adequate considering the delays, safety hazards, and overall lack of professionalism we endured. Overall, this experience demonstrated a serious breakdown in communication, project management, and basic respect for a customer's home and safety. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.

I don't think many of us plan for a roof replacement. I wasn't planning on having to have my roof…read morereplaced this year. I had someone come out as I was looking at having gutters replaced. The one I talked to about gutters showed me photos and some of the shingles had a hole in them and said I should have a roof inspection conducted. After that, I turned to Yelp to look for companies to have a roof inspection completed. There were several to choose from, and I had a few come out to look at the roof. Inspectors from two different companies were supposed to come out the following day. The first one was a no show, but Cleus Staple from Revamp Exteriors came out at the scheduled time. This visit occurred on July 13, 2025. We stated outside to look over the roof. He was thorough in checking out the roof. He confirmed the same thing the gutter representative told me. He also went into more detail and showed dips and such in the shingles too. We came inside and he went up into the attic to check out the roof from that angle. Apparently, some of the drilling for the solar panels I had gotten a few years back made a hole into the attic from the drilling of the solar panels. After that, we sat down so he could go over the product that would be used for rebuilding the roof, as well as changes in the building codes as the roof that was currently on there was over 20 years old. The old shingles were a three-layer design, while the newer version is a five-layer design. There was a waterproofing barrier as a part of it, as well as the roof would be resistant up to 130 mph winds too. He was able to answer every question I had asked, and he was up front and honest about everything. After going through everything, and based on this experience, I decided to pull the trigger and go with them to do the roof replacement. We got to choose from a variety of colors too. They do have financing available through Service Finance Company. They did tell me that it would be over a three-day period. The first day would be getting the solar panels down in preparation for install. The second day was the roof install, and the final day was getting the solar panels back up and running. After getting things settled, the roof replacement was scheduled to begin on July 23, 2025. A few days later, they were able to move up the start date to July 22nd due to better weather conditions. The first day was pretty easy. It was just getting the solar panels down. All of the solar panel work was done by Solar Unlimited. The next day was getting the new roof installed. It was a noisy day, but it really didn't affect me working from home as usual. I did come out a few times to see how things were going, and I was glad I was not the one doing it. It looked really good after everything was completed. It took about 9-10 hours total. The following day, Solar Unlimited came back to re-install the solar panels. The morning after the solar panels were put back up, John from Revamp Exteriors came over to do a final inspection after everything was completed. There were no issues, and he shared those pictures with me, which he said I can use them. Overall, this was an excellent experience with Revamp Exteriors. They were quick to respond to all my questions, and they were able to give me everything I need to submit for a homeowner's insurance discount for a new roof date. Although the cost can shock you, it will be great in the long run since it's considered a 50-year roof. In the future, I may need to look at having the vinyl siding replaced at a later time, and I will definitely turn here first when that time comes. If you are looking at having some home renovations completed, you need to give Revamp Exteriors a call. You won't regret it.
