The worker was very industrious, put in long days and made sure I was happy with everything as he went along. There was a meeting with the estimator when the work was done. I noticed one corner that didn't appear to be finished. The project manager made sure that corner was fixed and another corner I had not noticed, but he felt was good enough. Everyone, including the office help, were courteous, pleasant, helpful and truly wanted me to be completely happy with the end result.

I was so excited to get my kitchen from them. However, I regret I have to write this review…read more After I paid them over 20k for my cabinets, they have forgotten me. First problem was when they had a drawer front come in damaged. NO big deal, we waited over a month for it and they said that the cabinets came with a paint touch up kit. Well finally the drawer front came in. They dropped it off and said my husband could install it. What??? I called back and said no way...they needed to come out and install and adjust many areas. Also, they damaged the sink cabinet that they needed to fix. They also damaged top of cabinet for island but we ordered panels so that covered it up. I was okay with that. However, when they sent the guys to do the drawer front they had 3 guys spend all day...I mean all day fixing and adjusting all the cabinets. They also put a piece of molding over the damage on my sink cabinet and said it was wrong color of white but when it came in they would replace. We said okay. That was in May and now in September, I have to keep calling them and all they say, is sorry it hasn't arrived yet. They also wouldn't deliver the pull handle for the drawer and said they had to order it...why didn't they order enough? This made no sense...so I sent my husband to the store and got our pull and he installed it ourselves. When I asked about my paint touch up kit...the owner said we don't get that...Now they are trying to get out of that too. I asked, how did I know about it if you didn't tell me. Finally they did give me a touch up paint kit. I love my cabinets but the company after I paid them, have been terrible. All I want now is my molding replaced with the proper color white. I have a feeling they do not like to follow up after you pay them. Beware!! Do not give them last payment if they need to fix things. I waited before writing this review, thinking they would make it right but so far no luck. They have never contacted me to keep me apprised of the order. I doubt they have anything on order. I will be talking to the better business now and they can replace the cabinet they damaged since they can't get it fixed properly. Terrible and I thought they were nice and reputable ... They should not treat a customer like this. All I want is the molding they attached to the top of my cabinet to hide their mistake (damage upon installation) to match. That's it and I will be happy.....Hope they fix this.

He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered expert suggestions to ensure we got the best result. The final shower looks amazing--we absolutely love it! The team was reliable and punctual throughout the process. While there were a few minor bumps, the way they handled them was impressive. Specifically, the wrong size handles were initially ordered and there was a small chip on the storage pod/shelving, but they proactively installed a different colored set so that our shower was immediately operational. They returned to fix both small issues within a weeks time! Upgrade Remodeling was fully accountable and made everything right quickly and without any hassle. It started with two salespeople coming to measure my standard, non-mansion-sized kitchen. They stayed for five hours and ultimately walked away with an $84,000 signed contract. When I reviewed the paperwork the next day, I realized several key items we had discussed were completely missing from the written agreement. I promptly reached out to management to void the contract due to these discrepancies. Management offered to step in personally to address my concerns. A few days later, a project manager was scheduled to visit and re-measure. However, when I opened my door, five people showed up. After another grueling five-hour session, the project manager handed me a piece of paper with a $164,000 price tag--which didn't even include appliances or the stone for the induction cooktop! When he asked for my thoughts, I made it clear that they were wasting my time. Rather than handling the feedback professionally, he stormed out of my house without saying a word, behaving like a child who couldn't handle honest feedback. Ten hours of my life wasted for a bait-and-switch quote and unprofessional behavior. Highly disappointing.
