Tim asked me to send pictures of my shower door assembly to remove. I sent the pictures to him. In a couple of days he sent me an estimate by Email of his price to do the job. I was satisfied and had him book me. In a couple days he showed up as promised, went into the garage to check the doors for proper fit. He was satisfied and began the project. He finished the job in one day, to include the clean up. He had worked professionally. Holding an occasional conversation with Tim he answered my questions knowledgeable and showed courtesy to me. Tim.tan into a problem. Lowe's had ordered a door which did open on one side. That was the way this one was. I thought I had to order another one. Tim told me he would try to adapt it to open only proper side. He did indeed to exchange opening side. If he hadn't accomplished to do this, I would have to order. another door. The exchange time had past. This was a very expensive door. Even though he had to make the wrong door fit perfectly, we were completely impressed with the out of his expertise. One being gutter cleaning, and power washing. The second is new windows for our house. In early March 2025 we had our gutters cleaned and the house power washed. They did an amazing job. They went above and beyond with their work. They pressure washed a section of our porch where there was a grease stain.not something that was on the list of things to do, so it was greatly appreciated. We really, really appreciated that. I could see a real positive difference in the exterior of our house. Pricing for the power washing and gutter cleaning was comparable to others. We also like to support local businesses. The gutter cleaning resulted in the large amount of rain we had to properly come out of the gutters. We really needed a gutter cleaning. They did an amazing job with that as well. Windows: The process of the window purchasing went pretty good. The estimate was below a lot of the big well known large companies. Again, we wanted to support local business. The measurement process was quick. It took about 3-4 weeks for the windows to come in and another week or two before the process was complete. The installation took 3 days. They did well. The three men here were great! We enjoyed their personalities, hard work, and attention to detail. We are extremely happy with the whole process. It was one of the best decisions we made for our house. Their communication was great during the whole process and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Top Stream has always been great with communication. Caleb and his staff have always been professional, polite and helpful. I highly recommend them. Our next project will be a new door, as they offer that service. My husband had said he will absolutely be using Top Stream for future projects. Line-By-Line Roofing appears to have a solid system, and is a company that is very trustworthy. I…read moream going to explain the process, which hopefully answers unknowns, if considering work. I first contacted them, via web, due to a roof leak that I no longer wanted to repair. After initial contact, I received a call from the next morning, as well as other contact to set me up with an estimate. Jessica, the sales rep, came out a few days later to provide the estimate. She down-sold me from a metal roof, explaining the original cost, and required maintenance in the future, which was incredible. It is rare to see that from sales departments, in my opinion. She also possessed more detailed information about roofing systems than I would expect of a sales rep, and communicated her confidence level pertaining to her responses. The best part, she was not pushy. Overall, it seems that LBL sales, based on my experience, are not typical salesmen, but instead those that have passion about the trade, and want to sell real solutions, as opposed to selfishly maximizing commission. The schedulers called me maybe 2 or 3 days after placing my deposit, which was quicker than expected. With an original estimate of 3 weeks out, it ended up being less than 1 week. I was told to expect them around 6:30 AM and for the job to last for 10-12 hours. They finished the work at 4:30 PM, followed by the cleanup, lasting about another 90 minutes. They estimated the repair work very well, and that is considering they had a late delivery of the material, the day of the job. The roofing team was incredible. They all showed up on the job-site ready to work, and that is exactly what they did. They were incredibly professional, courteous, and ready to roof my house. It blows my mind how they did such a thorough job, in that little of time, my hats off to them for sure. They were led by Michael, the project manager, and he was an incredible liaison. He had great communication with me, updating me when I needed to be updated, as well as taking ownership of the project. When returning to my home, there was an incident with the delivery company, in that they busted a hydraulic line on their equipment. Michael briefed me as soon as I returned, had evidence of the incident, and had already reached out the the company alerting them so that they could prep remediation. This was refreshing, in that he could have covered it up and I might have never known, meaning Michael has integrity. He also has been communicating to me, following the project, to keep me alerted on the steps he has taken to help resolve the issue, despite the issue belonging to the delivery company instead. I appreciate stuff like this, because it does show ownership of the project, instead of brushing it off. After inspecting the work, everything looked incredible, and I have not been able to find any trash anywhere. Overall, this company has earned my trust. They have integrity and seem to do the right thing. In the world of any home repairs, you always read about those that are taken advantage of in some way. I do not feel like that will be the case for this company, as they have proven themselves to me. I would recommend them to anyone that needs roof work.

One never followed up with any proposals, etc. Another came and listened to what we wanted, but required a Large deposit and a signed contract before providing any renderings. They did give me a ballpark price which was Way out of our budget. The representative from CDW listened to what we wanted to do. He also took extensive measurements inside and outside of the house. He said CDW would provide computer renderings within 2 weeks. No deposit required. He also asked about our budget for the project. We liked what we saw on the computer renderings. We had CDW adjust the size of the space down a little from the original drawings and the price reached our budget. We hired them for the job at this point. We are very happy with how the project went. All the subcontractors showed up when promised and on time. They all did very nice work. the carpenter team was outstanding at problem solving any issues that came up adding a new addition onto an old farmhouse. We did make a few changes to the original plan and CDW was very accommodating. The communication between their office staff and us was outstanding. We couldn't ask for a nicer finished project or a better company to work with. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

Coordinated with Dale for initial measure and 2nd measure, quality check as well as installation. Everyone showed up when they said (or called in advance when running late) and completed the job faster than originally estimated. There was a small gap between ceiling (ceilings fault ... it slants) and top of cabinet which was actually not CDW's fault (Home Depot did not add scribe molding to original estimate) and Dale called me back immediately to explain problem and offer a solution. I appreciate solutions and not excuses! I would definitely feel comfortable referring to my friends and family based on my experience.
