My husband and I decided we need to upgrade 90% of our home. We wanted good quality of work, but we wanted value for our money. We met with Timm, the sales force, and he was great from the minute we met. He was able to stay within our budget and get us everything in our contract we wanted. We then met Francisco- Project Manager- He was GREAT. He pulled this big jog together with out missing a step. We had- kitchen, new island, floors, painting, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. It was like getting a new house. John and I are older and a "Little" difficult - we do not always understand that you have to wait- the job is not finished Francisco would tell us. He was right. Then we met Alex- he was the lead on everything we had going. (My father built and worked on homes when he was alive) . Alex would have made my Dad proud. I do not think there is anything that Alex could not do. Then to top my cake- I talked and developed and friendship with one of the co-owners- Sally. Not only are all these people wonderful, but everything is beautiful. They stand behind their work for years. You do not hear that often. I can not say enough about this company- Please do not get any work done- until you speak with Upgrade Remodeling. My experience - and I had a lot done- was GREAT. We received a stand-in shower remodel and from start to finish, our experience with Upgrade Remodeling was excellent. We want to specifically shout out Cole, who was exceptionally thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful in the planning phase. He took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and offered expert suggestions to ensure we got the best result. The final shower looks amazing--we absolutely love it! The team was reliable and punctual throughout the process. While there were a few minor bumps, the way they handled them was impressive. Specifically, the wrong size handles were initially ordered and there was a small chip on the storage pod/shelving, but they proactively installed a different colored set so that our shower was immediately operational. Had two other companies come out and the best prices had been upgrade but the level of knowledge my representative had and how at each step of the process my needs had been met with great enthusiasm and communication. Lastly the crew took my concerns seriously being that my home is older and I was quite apprehensive about having strangers in the home but that all quickly faded I believe because of the respect myself and my property was given. I had Upgrade Remodeling replace flooring in my living room, dining room, bedroom, hallways and stairs. Everyone was professional and caring. From the initial consultation to the installation all were professional and patient. I was late meeting both the consultant and the installers, but they waited patiently for me. I am a very indecisive person, yet they were able to give me beautiful floors. The installers were thorough. I am thrilled with my flooring. The LVP is gorgeous and durable. We hired upgrade Remodeling to upgrade our bathroom. They put in a new shower, took out our whirlpool tub and installed a freestanding tub, installed a custom made cabinet and installed a new vanity top! The installers worked hard and long everyday. They did not supply a dumpster so everything sat out in the yard and when I say everything I mean my whole kitchen. . I did not like that.
