Now I can't and yard is washing away due to there slow response. Last year they did come and unclog the but told me they saw different screws and couldn't warranty them next time. Well if they guarantee no clogs , there shouldn't be a next time. I've always believed they were installed wrong. They didn't install transitions from gutter to downspouts. Just cut small holes, so they clog easily. I don't recommend them if they are still doing this subpar work and make excuses not to honor their warranty.Disappointed!!!!

We had 3 companies come to the property to discuss our kitchen extension project in the fall of…read more2025. One never followed up with any proposals, etc. Another came and listened to what we wanted, but required a Large deposit and a signed contract before providing any renderings. They did give me a ballpark price which was Way out of our budget. The representative from CDW listened to what we wanted to do. He also took extensive measurements inside and outside of the house. He said CDW would provide computer renderings within 2 weeks. No deposit required. He also asked about our budget for the project. We liked what we saw on the computer renderings. We had CDW adjust the size of the space down a little from the original drawings and the price reached our budget. We hired them for the job at this point. We are very happy with how the project went. All the subcontractors showed up when promised and on time. They all did very nice work. the carpenter team was outstanding at problem solving any issues that came up adding a new addition onto an old farmhouse. We did make a few changes to the original plan and CDW was very accommodating. The communication between their office staff and us was outstanding. We couldn't ask for a nicer finished project or a better company to work with. We would definitely hire them again in the future.

Coordinated with Dale for initial measure and 2nd measure, quality check as well as installation. Everyone showed up when they said (or called in advance when running late) and completed the job faster than originally estimated. There was a small gap between ceiling (ceilings fault ... it slants) and top of cabinet which was actually not CDW's fault (Home Depot did not add scribe molding to original estimate) and Dale called me back immediately to explain problem and offer a solution. I appreciate solutions and not excuses! I would definitely feel comfortable referring to my friends and family based on my experience.

I had an amazing experience with this company. They were extremely helpful in the following:…read moreCommunication: I never had to worry about any party reaching out to me throughout the entire project. They were always there when I called and if they could not answer, they texted me to assure me they would call me back... which they always did. They communicated with me through all stages of the project. This included any potential complications and a plan to move forward, arrival times, repair time estimates, and in general to see how I was doing. A+ for communication. You want effective and honest communication when selecting a company.. this is the company to choose. Workmanship: The quality of work was professional grade work. They made sure to not cut any corners. They ensured that they took the appropriate steps to do things the right way and not just cover up anything like experiences I had in my past with other companies. I am a person that understand quality and pride in ones work. The entire team share the same quality, passion, and pride in what they did in all stages of the repairs. They ensured that what they did would last and give me the peace of mind that i needed and would not have to worry about fixing other things in the future. Leadership: Project leadership led their team very well. I can tell that his team is well taken care of and they all appreciated and responded well to their leadership. All employees of various trades under the leadership purview looked like they enjoyed working for the company. I think quality of life in a work environment is very important in the quality and care of what your are paying for when selecting a company. My comments do not come without any credibility. I am in senior leadership and management that had the privilege to lead hundreds of personnel through major installations and there respective departments. I can tell from my 20 years of leadership experience that this team is a well oiled machine and it shows through quality leadership. Trust: It is important to remember when dealing with any project regarding construction there are often setbacks (weather, time, materials, communication etc). I was informed promptly of any shortcomings and it was immediately resolved or communicated to me. When I choose a company I want to have that feeling like that I will not be taken advantage of. I want to walk away knowing that a company looked out for the best interest of me as a customer and my primary asset (my home). They were there for me when I needed them and I trusted them the entire time... and will for future projects. Insurance: I did not have to worry about much regarding dealing with the insurance company. They worked diligently on my behalf to communicate professionally with my insurance company. Having experience with insurance companies is extremely important to make sure that you are taken care of. Quality of materials/appearance: The work I had completed was my entire dining room and kitchen, and half bathroom. The work and appearance looked like my house just came out of an HDTV television show. I was extremely impressed by the showcase status of the work that was done. Extra mile: They worked diligently to make sure to go the extra mile to ensure that the work they completed was on time. I take this into consideration because they all have families. They made sacrifices in their valuable time to ensure that I, as a customer, was their priority. Every time I needed something or requested something to be done, they did not argue, debate, or waste time. They found a way to the word "yes" and usually accommodated my request the same day. They made every effort to meet the needs of my repairs. So I will always appreciate that. Cleanliness: They made sure they cleaned the entire workplace when each stage of the project was complete. All trash and waste was discarded appropriately. I did not have to worry about any trash left behind. Thank you to the Acosta Home Remodeling and Repair team.
