I just moved to the area and was looking for a place to do laundry last minute before the holiday weekend. I tried Lighthouse out based on the photos. When I came around 8pm, there wasn't a time posted so I asked what time they closed. I had a feeling 10:30pm was too good to be true lol. They attendant let me know that it was actually 9pm that they were closed. After talking to her and showing how much I was planning to wash & dry (which was very little) she worked with me and let me stay over closing time and kept reassuring me that I didn't need to rush. She also knew every machine really well and helped me get everything done. Honestly, I appreciated the kindness so much so I'm giving 5 stars for just how helpful and willing the attendant was to work with me although she had every right to kick me out. read more

I have never been to a laundromat before. I had sheets, blankets, clothes and pillows. I was so overwhelmed with how much laundry i had and didn't want to spend a whole day using my complexes 2 washers and dryers. The customer service i experienced was so unexpected. Gus and Karen were so kind and patient with me and showed me how to start the machines and which ones to use for the pillows and they provided me options and gave me an estimate on what it would cost! Hello, I do not usually give bad references to neither people nor places where I attend. And I try to be fair in everything but this place really earned my entire disappointment and I had a very unpleasant time. To begin with, all the small laundromats were out of service, only the medium and large ones were useful, how weird, right? The cost for the medium one was $5.50 and the large one was $10, completely ridiculous. The super high price aside from the person who comes and gets into your washing machine to check what you put in, which bother me a lot since it is your privacy in those clothes. I consider it so disrespectful, that was the most disappointing. Not satisfied with that to dry the charge $5 dollars too. I understand that it is a business but let's be reasonable. I don't mind paying for quality but being disrespectful it's something I don't tolerate and unprofessional it is for customer.It is a place I would never return. read more

I just went here because my dryer took a crap and I just needed to dry my clothes And I was impressed. It was very clean the owner is very friendly it was wide open so it was a great time of day I didn't have to wait or anything. The only downside is having to buy the card to reload it I'll never use again but big deal it's a dollar. And they sell snacks. There's a snack bar and a patio and the prices here are very competitive. There's a really fun patio for the kids to play on with lots of toys, and the parking is plentiful. If you are looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable laundromat... look no further! I found this little gem here on yelp... and decided to go and check it out for myself! All I can say is WOW!!! First of all... it is very clean! They have an attendant on duty that goes around cleaning the laundromat and taking care of the customers all day! I was greeted by a young lady named Lydia who was so pleasant and willing to help me on my first trip there. She is so awesome! She helped me get my card and showed me how to work the machines and after I got my laundry going... gave me a personal tour of everything they have to offer there! She also told me that you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you if you have errands / work to do, which they do have a fee for but it is a small price to pay if you live a busy lifestyle and time is something you lack. That is a fantastic plus in my book!!! They have all sorts of sizes of machines from small to X Large front loaders and dryers. They even have a section with some top loader washing machines too. Lots of counter space too so you can fold / sort your laundry. For the large front loader washer is it only $6.75... and that is such a deal because you can fit alot into it. I was able to put my queensize comforter in there with my cooling pad... and had more room to put at least 2 to 3 more comforters in there! The machines take either powder / liquid / or pods to wash. They all work off of a prepaid card you need to purchase... but the plus side to that is that you get a free $3.00 on the card if you put $20.00 on it! They have a nice snack / service booth where you can get all of your cleaning needs and something to eat as well. There is a nice outside fenced in play area / rest area for you and your kids to relax in the shade while your laundry is going. A TV set so you can watch that as well... water and soda machines... and plenty of parking in the back and on the side as well. In conclusion... there are alot of laudromats around... but I personally think this is the cleanest / friendliest / affordable one to be found. Very disappointed in the Customer service here. The man working here was very rude and not social distancing. I walk in and proceeded to find a washer for my 2 Blankets. They're not big and typically I can wash one in my washer at home. ( my washer is broken at the moment ) I'm greeted by this Man who tells me to use the BIG expensive washer. I told him that's not necessary. I'll be washing them separately in the smaller washer. He rudely says: How? I had to show him they're 2 different blankets ( it's pretty obvious when they're 2 different colors ). So I placed them separately in the smaller washers. He wait wait you can't be washing "PET" items here. I said do these adult sized blankets look like they're from a "PET" ? My gosh leave me alone!! After that I really felt uncomfortable and not welcome here. If my stuff wasn't loaded into the washer at that moment I would have left. I really wish I did. So anyways.. I get the rest of my stuff and place it into a washer and He's just there. So I proceeded to purchase a Card. He comes over and gets right next to me ( no social distancing ) and rudely tells me how to Load money on the machine. I said sorry sir this is my First time here. This laundromat is probably the cleanest you can get sharing washers with the general population but the owner is so nosey ! He painfully flirted with me ever so awkwardly as he follows me from washer to washer. (He actually removes items if he suspects they were used on a pet, washer is overloaded or rugs.) I had my babies blanket and he said to me "No washing pet items" (as he dramatically motions towards one of the many signs with rules) Being that it was my baby's blanket, I just kept loading washer. Suddenly he snatches it from the washer, puts it on the table and said "Looks like an animals blanket to me." I was taken aback,gathered up my clothes and left.? Come here every year to wash my winter blankets and dog pillows. Loved it. But now there are no pet bedding allowed to be washed. Bummer. Customer service is great by the way and there are vending machines for food and toys. There are even some toys in the patio for your kids to play with! Really nice. read more

So I stopped in here after seeing reviews for dry cleaning as its around the corner from my office. Apparently they do a good job on dry cleaning but do not clean, suits, suit coats, dresses, and any number of other items that would normally get dry cleaned... *SMH* Pro Tip: This is just a launderland to self wash your stuff... don't come here for dry cleaning as they wont dry clean hardly anything that you bring in to them =\ Parking is a royal pain as well. You are unable to park on the street and literally 1/3 of their parking is marked as handicapped. So be ready to have some issues if you brought the car... This makes total sense when you are going to do your laundry as its so light and no one brings more than one load at a time *rolls*eyes* The office inside the laundromat has the manager in it and he seemed rather gruff and ornery. Not someone that I would entrust hardly anything to. Overall I was not impressed with this place and definitely will avoid it in the future... Edit in response to Badih M.'s hitpiece on me: Sir, unlike your erroneous statement below, I did enter your facility. I found the dim, dank, dungeonesque environs to be a bit of a turnoff. Perhaps it was due to it being a bright day outside and your facility is poorly lit with the fluorescent glow of aged tube lighting. Perhaps such a small thing may help your business out dramatically. Normally I do not park in gated areas that are NOT CLEARLY marked with large signage showing that I can park in the gated area. Surprising isn't it? Now as to the subjective opinion that your manager seemed gruff and ornery, well that is the impression that I received. Wait you said I didn't go in, so how would I have been able to get this impression? ohhh you think you got me. Well your libelous statement is damning. I could not have written the details that I did had I not even entered your facility and found the manager to query him about my questions. Your attempt to mar my reputation through your ineffectual dismissal of my comments was foolhardy and has failed. This place is very run down. Half of the machines are out of service and need maintenance. It's way too hot inside. You can't use the dryers, if you don't use the washers. So if your dryer is out, don't bring your wet loads here. The owner is too cheap to turn on the lights. Get ready to do you laundry in the dark. read more

My first time there. Was looking for a laundromat to wash some bedding. First impressions was that parking could be limited. We were there on Saturday evening and didn't have a problem but I could see if it got busy parking would be limited, The washing machines and the dryers were in large, great condition and appeared relatively new. The attendant was very helpful and showed us the machines worked...thank God, because we would be totally lost. You have to purchase cash cards from the attendant that both machines accepts. The negatives is that the place is a little rundown and in an industrial part of town. The laundromat sells candies and snacks but there is no place to go for coffee while waiting for your clothes. They do offer a service to have your clothes laundered and folded if you don't have the time to jclean your stuff. read more

The female owner is so friendly! The washers and dryers are super quick. There is mini detergent bottles available for purchase here as well as laundry dryer sheets so it's super convenient if you forget to bring it. The washers and dryers are very big so you can get a lot done in one load. There is also snacks for sale, and a patio in the front to sit and have a snack while you wait. Overall, it is really quick and easy process getting my laundry done here. I would highly recommend if you're in a pinch to get your clothes clean! I haven't had to go to a laundromat in a very long time but I can tell you that every laundromat I ever went to they weren't there to help me through anything. It was a fend for yourself atmosphere and absolutely crazy! They keep the place immaculate and the customer service is beyond wonderful. I Treasure places that care about their customers and they definitely do. If you need to wash your oversized comforter I just do large loads of anything this is the place to go! Keep in mind they have rechargeable cards and that's how you pay for it which is also nice because you don't have to bring a bunch of change. CLEAN, CLEAN AND VERY CLEAN I needed to wash a few things from the office...a load of towels to be more specific and I was looking for something close to the office. It's no more than 5 miles away. Great machines, quick wash times which was a big plus!! There are lots of different machines for whatever size of laundry you have and the dryers are great too! I think I was in and out in a little over an hour...you can't beat that! Mare, the manager that works in the morning was very helpful and showed me how to use all the machines! There is coffee, snacks and detergent and whatever else you might need. No need for cash like other places you buy a card for a $1 and load it with however much monies you need! First time here and I tried it coz of the yelpers that reviewed this place glowingly. They are half and half, right and wrong. This place is EXPENSIVE. To those who said this place is reasonable, you must be loaded-and-so-why-use-a-laundrymat-just-buy-a-set-already and so that's that. It controls how much you put in the machines and also the detergent amount. The place is super clean though but no AC and so it's super hot and the free wifi, main reason why I chose this place, is playing hide and seek. The attendant said that it might be hard to impossible for me to "catch" it since it's my first time here. That doesn't make sense! So I'm waiting here for my laundry to get done, m out $8 for the 2 small loads I did. And no free wifi. Let's just say, NEVER AGAIN. BUT THE PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN THO! read more

I don't really go to laundromats to do laundry since I've been fortunate enough to have washer and dryers in my previous apartments but since I've moved and without washers and dryers, this was the closest to my new place.
