    Double cheeseburger//onion rings.

Food was so great I had to write the review before finishing my food! This is the only place in Washington I've found so far reminding me of my hometown Nazareth, PA. The staff here, 100/10. The whole restaurant was clean and pristine and very relaxing! Back to the important stuff, the burger is immaculate and would definitely come back and the "fry sauce" was DELICIOUS. Definitely come here. We came after visiting the Kurt Cobain memorial park.

Fig and Goat Cheese was delicious. Fast service, cute place. Love the Christmas pillows in the booths. Very diner like in a good way.

Fish & Chips 4.7/5 overall. Crispness 5/5. Batter 5/5. Fish quality 5/5. Flavor 4/5. Fries 4/5. Size and value 5/5. Fantastic fish and chips, definitely one of the best in Washington state. I get them every year and I day dream of them until that time of year comes!

THE BIG: No lighthouse around, however good food and quaint atmosphere. THE BLACK AND WHITE: I came here with a couple of buddies after camping out on the beaches of the Olympic Peninsula. Apparently Aberdeen is also where Kurt Cobain was raised :0. You have to order at the front and then the waiter brings out the food for you if you decide to dine in. They have a drive-thru, but it looked like no one was tending to it. I got the fish and chips with beer battered fries, you had the choice of either beer battered or regular. It came with a lemon and delicious tartar sauce. The fish came in a fish stick form, which I immediately thought frozen. It might've but they fried it very well and it tasted pretty good. They have this pink sauce, which I originally thought was thousand island, but looking back, I think it was ketchup and mayo mixed together. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall, the damage done was $12.12 for the fish and chips. The fish, even though it looked like it was just thawed, was really good and the beer battered fries were amazing.

    Corn is on the menu!

We were driving home from Quinault to Seattle and were in need of food and came across this spot. We got in right before a rush! It was Sunday around lunch time, and it was hoppin'! Looked like a little league team was enjoying a late lunch too! We ordered: - Chicken Sandwich (more of a chicken pesto, it was delish per the person who ordered it) - regular cheeseburger with onion rings - double bacon burger with garlic fries - oreo shakes - corn dog We were starving and this place hit the spot. Their onion rings and French fries were perfect! Extra brownie points for having corn dogs on the menu. Those are my fave lol. I am a huge sauce person, and their house dressing they served with everything we ordered was on point! My cheeseburger was ok, thought it come with more than just lettuce. If I knew that, I would've asked them to add tomato and onion, but it was still a decent burger. Overall, great customer service! I would def come back here!

Pretty good food, decent sized shakes, & kind employees *dear yelp, we don't have time for long reviews, we just want to know if we'll get food poisoning or not.

Came here passing through town on our way home from camping and boy did this place hit the spot! My husband and son enjoyed the regular burgers with beer battered fries and I enjoyed the warm turkey sandwich on wheat bread with onion rings. This place exceeded our expectations. Also, the two women working the drive thru were super sweet and even brought our food out to us. They said they were understaffed for the day, but it didn't show. They were working fast and friendly. We will stop here again the next time we're in town.

Recommendation from a local in the industry should be a can't miss. This was a miss. Service was mid at the very best. Just OK in every way. There was a decent beer list - nothing that I really like, but that's just me being picky it was a decent selection. We tried a couple of appetizers and they were just not good. Mac and cheese balls and something else that I have already forgotten, but I know our group of four left food on the table and we came in hungry. It's a very small space, and on our trip there was a pretty loud group at the bar. That's normally to be expected in a bar, but in this space we were able to hear every word of their conversation which is just weird. Funny, part of the reason the other bar owner recommended this place is because of the 'cute outdoor seating area'. Take a look at the picture. If you are driving through Aberdeen to the beach, I'd have to suggest you keep going.

I could only decide (because there were ingenious choices) when our bar server, Hannah, suggested "Sweet Heat." Listed under "Pinsa Flat Bread" it came out 12"x6" thick bread perfectly browned in oven with gooey garlic/mozzarella but, wait, caramelized onions, thick-diced grilled chicken that tasted like bacon. Every two or three inches, one pickled jalapeño perfectly placed for heat that didn't burn, and over it all, drizzled HOT HONEY!!! My mouth was ecstatic. Pretty soon I couldn't wait to cut with my fork and knife to have my third and fourth triangled piece. Sitting, leaning over the high long bar, I just held the sticky, sweet cheesy spicy bread with all ten fingers tipping my head to catch the drips. Passion Orange Guava Cider washed it all down. I made a trip to the restroom and wash my hands then stopped at the kitchen window to rave about the menu with Clayton, the cook. This was all on a summer Monday night in June, low west sun shining into the cozy wood space, baseball silenced on the three screens, fun, toe-tapping music the whole two hours we stayed. The Gibbons couple have scored the times with their courage to do local, unusual creative food with a dialed-back vintage vibe.

Meant to take pictures, but I ate it all too fast!…read more Very friendly service and a nice concrete oasis out back. Looks clean dive in front and rather pretty out back; perfect vibe for the location. The spicy bacon bloody marys are fantastic, could only really be improved by adding a pepperoncini to the toothpick for a palette cleanse. The beer battered fries were dope, but the "add garlic" feature would be better if the garlic was quickly sautéed in oil and then tossed with the fries to spread the glory evenly. I thought the burger had some great flavors, but the patty was a touch overcooked, and the mushrooms and swiss cheese were a bit anemic. Overall, I'd highly recommend this spot and with a few tweaks there'd be a fifth star. I plan to return next time I'm in the area!

We'd been to another teriyaki joint in town and were split on that one, so we decided to give this one a try on the way back from Forks area. We're glad we did because we found our new favorite spot in Hoquiam. The food, service, and restaurant were are really good. The variety of delicious items on the menu is a bit overwhelming, but in a good way. Like, if I were to grub out while living in Hoquiam, I'd be going to Speed Bowl all the time. Their teriyaki is true to Seattle-style - very tasty. My daughter really enjoyed the Philadelphia roll, which is a win any time it's on the menu. Next time I'll try the Thai or Boba tea (no boba, don't bully) options for sure - they looked amazing. The place was clean, there's a fair amount of parking, and service was nice. The girl who was working the register and lobby was very kind and served well. Seemed like a younger crowd inside than most other restaurants in town that aren't bar and grills. We all enjoyed our meals here and will return again next time in town, even if it's a little far from where we usually stay. Only gripe is it's a slightly higher priced joint but I'd say it was worth it!
