    Breakfast croissant sandwich
    Willie T.

Swung by here spontaneously on the way out of Ocean Shores for breakfast, which is only served on Saturdays and Sundays. The room layout is pretty cool. Essentially every seat is an ocean view. The center of the room is raised so you can still see over everyone. I got the croissant sandwich, which came with hash brown as well. The croissant was perfectly flaky and buttery. Hash browns were cooked well. Lightly crispy on the outside, but not to the point of tasting burnt. In my croissant sandwich, I got my eggs over easy, which may have been a mistake. As soon as I took a bite, the yolks exploded all over my hands. It was hilariously messy, but the runny yolk paired so well with the hash browns. But yeah I had to finish off that sandwich real quick to prevent further damage. My wife had the biscuits and gravy, which she was very pleased with. Biscuits were slightly crispy on the outside, and it came with two whole biscuits cut in half, so 4 pieces total, with a heaping portion of gravy. To finish off the meal, I had to try some of their sourdough toast. I am very glad I didn't skip that. It was delectably buttery. I added some blackberry jam on that thing and woo boy now that's a finisher. It was honestly so good, I'd consider just ordering toast, croissant, and hash browns next time and skipping out on the meat haha. Our server Melanie was incredibly sweet. Got us refills on all of our drinks, checked in each time she passed through, and took good care of us. Overall, very solid breakfast, great service, and a nice view :)

Stopped by for dinner and the food was great! Tbh it was the best food I had during my stay at ocean shores. Cute ocean view. I was craving seafood and my options were limited. My husband had the steak with crab cluster, steak was perfect. I had the crab legs, baked potato and garlic bread. My son had Alfredo pasta w/ garlic bread and fruits. Everything was delicious. Bonus points because my picky child actually ate all his dinner! I can't complain. Service was exceptional. I also got a huckleberry lemon drop and that was sooooo good lol The only thing to keep in mind is the different times for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They close in between sessions to prepare.

    Clam chowder without clams

I would give these food a 0 star if I could. Everything taste really dry and burnt, overly expensive food. The lobster tail cost $18 and taste dry, I got rib eye steak they made it rare when I ask for well done, the clam chowder didn't have any clams. Emily your restaurant is going down hill you need to come cook the meals instead letting these people ruin what your created.

Excellent dinner in June 2025. Started with a bowl of clam chowder and an order of garlic bread. Both delicious. Main meals we got crab and a ribeye. Both fantastic. Steak ordered medium and it was more medium well but still plenty juicy and flavorful. Service was excellent. We had a 4pm reservation and had a beautiful seat against the window. Only request is that we wish is that they served bread at the table. But otherwise excellent meal. Will be back!

The restaurant ambiance was nice and clean. Great view! The service we received from the waitress was great. She was very sweet and attentive. The smoked salmon Benedict was good, lots of flavor with the smoke, poached eggs were perfect! Country fried steak was great and had a good crunch. Only complaint was the side of sausage links were not good. Coffee from cafe was yummy. Overall liked this restaurant and would go back and try dinner next time.

Best halibut and chips I have ever eaten halibut was so moist and not greasy at all. And Jason was an awesome waiter. This is a must go to dinner place if you're in Ocean Shores or even nearby.

Had dinner on a Sunday evening about 6pm, party of 4. Told the waitress we were looking over the menu and she said "I'll be right back". Place was half full and she went by our table 3 time before even stopping to take our order. I ordered the 16oz Prime Rib, medium, and the other gentleman ordered the 12oz New York, medium, orders came somewhat quick, the menu said served with seasonal vegetables and a baked potato, the potato was warm at best, and the seasonal vegetables consisted of 4 pieces of asparagus thinner than a straw! The prime rib was done WELL, no red to be found! The steak was WELL as well with 3 asparagus!!!! Very disappointed, I will be contacting the food and beverage manager about the poor food and lack of portions...,,

We came for Sunday brunch, and it was nice big portions, delicious breakfast staples, and beautiful view of the beach. Kids menu is $10 for the kids dishes plus a free drink. We ordered the country fried steak, kids traditional meal, and eggs Benedict. Impressed with their hot sauce varieties: thank you for having sriracha original! Our server was amazing, and we loved her suggestions!

Ask the Community - Emily's Ocean View Dining

Hi, quick question. We are heading to the ocean for a few days and I am wondering if Emily's at Quinault Casino has vegetarian options for dinner and if it's kid friendly? Thanks!

I am a vegetarian and have eaten here several times. All visits they offered to remove the seafood from the pasta dish but they still charged me the full price. I usually order the seafood on the side and give it to my sister. The wait staff's…

A much needed ocean therapy was calling my name and I drove west. Ended up in Ocean Shores. I left my town due to how crazy busy it would be with parades and a carnival, not knowing what's in store here. A pleasant surprise to see the streets lined with families. Anyway, got to shop, enjoy the festivities, and more importantly spend time walking the beach. Gorgeous day! Which led me to try something new and ended up here at the Garage. The atmosphere here was electric with Mariners on a screen over the bar and the FIFA World Cup games on the other screen. Love the open patio area, where a cooling breeze can be felt all throughout the Garage. They were a bit busy, so it took a minute to greet me, but at least I was able to find a table. I ended up ordering their Fish & Chips, and a cup of their chowda! DAMN!!! That's a mighty fine cup of chowda! And the baked buttered crips was spot on. Never had it that way (just the usual soft sourdough or oyster crackers) but them sliced crisps were perfect and I'm going to have to try serving it that way at home. I started out with the Hot Honey Old Fashioned, and surprisingly, there was some heat. Thoroughly enjoyed it! The Fish & Chips were breaded a bit differently. Reminds me of the cornmeal you'd find in the south with fried catfish and what not. The cod was flaky and perfect. It came with three pieces and it was just right. The fries complimented it well. The tarter was legit. Not the standard white sauce, but seemed to have a hint of dill in it. All in all, a great experience for my first time. The staff was busy, but they ensured I was tended to. As always, enjoy and Happy Ocean Therapy!!

At Bennett's they have both cod and halibut. Unfortunately for me they only batter their cod and if you want halibut you have to have panko crumbed. The person behind the counter where you order said they prep ahead and they couldn't put the batter on halibut. I also just wanted water as that's my favorite beverage. She told me I couldn't have a regular glass of water with ice. I had to buy it in a bottle with their name printed on the label. It felt like a way to wring yet more money out of their customers. I much prefer generosity to stinginess. It just put me off from the beginning. The cod was fine. But unlike most restaurants when you get fish & chips, there was no coleslaw. All that was on my plate was part of a limp lettuce leaf for a poor excuse of a garnish. We had 2 veggie wraps and a fish sandwich in our party as well. Everybody liked their food well enough. My daughter really liked her fish sandwich. I eat out a lot and Bennett's cutting corners and lack of generosity is unlike the vast majority of restaurants I've been to. I have no desire to return. My mother-in-law lives in Ocean Shores and had suggested the Thai place. Guess we'll go there next time.

The food quality has improved a great deal since I was last here a few years ago. I ordered the seafood fettuccine, cheese curds and Brussels sprouts. The seafood was fresh, and there was just one small hard bit of clam shell but that happens when serving them on the shell. Jumbo shrimp wasn't expected and seemed to have been swimming that morning. Tasty salmon. Divine sauce, which I don't think I've ever thought of an Alfredo before. Quality cheese. The sprouts were roasted/blackened, and tasted great. A bit of fried onions, I think, sprinkled on top that I just ate around (just not for me). Cheese curds were still hot and fresh with marinara and a BBQ sauce I added. I didn't even take it to go -- it was completely bland, and the shrimp were tough. My aunt ordered fish with vegetables, and the carrots were clearly burnt. At first, I thought maybe it was some kind of preparation style I didn't understand, but no -- they were simply burnt. Honestly, it's especially disappointing because I had recommended this place to my friends before. I live a few hours away and came here partly for good food, but even being very hungry after the long wait didn't make the meal any better. The oysters were also flavorless. On top of that, I didn't feel well after dinner and had stomach pain. I can't say for sure it was caused by the food, but it definitely added to the negative experience.

My son owns a beach house there, and our family often gathers to spend time together. Between my family, my son's family, and my daughter's family, we have purchased oysters here more than 40 times over the years. We usually buy oysters while we are staying in Ocean Shores and often pick up another order on our way home. Out of all those purchases, only one order was less than satisfactory. The oysters from that purchase were a little smelly and contained more sand than usual. During our most recent visit, I mentioned that experience to the staff. At the time, they were out of the larger oysters I normally buy. Instead of simply telling me they were unavailable, one of the staff members arranged for someone to harvest medium-sized oysters directly from the farm. The oysters were freshly harvested and packed right away. I was impressed by the extra effort they made to ensure we received a quality product. That experience showed me how much they value their customers and stand behind what they sell. Aside from that one disappointing purchase, the oysters have consistently been fresh, delicious, and high quality.
