Disgusting- No discount on a omelette that had hair in it. A manager even saw the hair, still no discount. Our only discount was our AARP card. The second omelette should have been free. Disgusting. Consolation prize AARP card. . Not a busy day. They lost 7 customers yesterday. read more

Our food was good, & our server Samatha W. was working very hard keeping up with the rush as they were swamped. She was waiting tables, & bussing. The manager gal however did not lift a finger to help her staff. When an establishment is busy it shouldn't matter what position you hold you should lend a hand to your busy staff. The Denny's at 418 W Heron St, Aberdeen, WA 98520 is fantastic. I've been there many times and have loved every meal I've gotten. The staff is very nice, the seating area is always clean, and it feels cozy. Two of my friends always get burgers and say they have the best burgers in the area. read more

I have had many good meals at Denny's. This was not one of them. I had to wait for over and hour between ordering and receiving my food. When I did, I had to wait longer for my potatoes and they were not the potatoes and gravy that I ordered, but cubes of burnt fried potatoes. My Salmon was a very small portion and was also cooked too much. It was not burnt but was mushy. My corn and garlic bread were delicious, but all-in-all I was very disappointed! read more

Rancid tasting crust on the bottom of the pizza. Rude rude people behind the counter! Store was not clean and obviously the pizza oven as well has not been cleaned as it should be. My first dining experience at Dennys is on this location! Hurrah!!! I'm more on a brunch person and usually Dennys ain't really my thing but for now, lemme have Denny's for the first time because it's a long drive going back to Tacoma. Came here to make sure bandit is full before he complains about being restless because he haven't got his 3rd cup of coffee. Food: All American Slam - typical American breakfast: omelette, bacon, sausage links and hash. All good and of course bandit love it so much. Berry Crepe - t'was pretty good. A bit sweet although I enjoyed it so much. Strawberry Banana Smoothie - love it! Not too sweet just right! It's really refreshing! Chicken Noodle Soup - seasoned right and very heartwarming from the chilly weather outside. Customer service is quite good but not the best. They took them a while to serve our order. They are hustling here and no time for chit-chatting. Everything are just fast, in-out! I'm not used to it as way back in Hawaii people are usually living the slow pace life and most of the time they always give time to pause and greet or smile at you. Overall t'was a pleasant experience in a different way. This eatery is settled at a very humble town of Aberdeen and would love to come here again if I'm within the area. As far as Denny's go, its pretty good. I've been going there for a few months and it depends on the cook and staff you get. But usually they have solid Burgers, Omelets, sirloin, salad, milk shakes, and sandwiches. I would personally steer clear of fish, bacon, sausage, and the fried food. I never seem to enjoy them but others do. As for the decor its a denny's though no pie stand. and they have 1 restroom with 1 toilet. You may be waiting for someone to get out. read more

THIS IS A GENERAL REVIEW OF THE LAST THREE DENNY'S I HAVE VISITED IN LAST 6 MONTHS! NOT GONNA WASTE MY MONEY OR TIME AGAIN! I ordered brisket with mac and cheese. Mac and cheese was wonderful, but $20??? Brisket had been over cooked three months ago! Absolutely terrible, one bite was edible. Burnt and blackened almost all the way through. Supposed to be three onion rings? how about 2.5 and burnt! Travel partner ordered chicken fried steak, gravy looked good! Wrong! Mashed potatoes were so watery, inedible. So when waitress asked and I told her, she asked if I wanted it redone? I DON'T THINK SO! Why they were busy was beyond me, must have been tourists like us and didn't know better. All the brisket was still on my plate. I admitted I ate the mac and cheese, so she said, and I quote "Since you ate half we will deduct 20%." STRANGE MATH! Almost $50 ticket!!! Dennys is standardized enough that the qualities differ I guess in the attitude of staff. This one so far is comforting, seeing the side work of sweeping is nice. The waitress (Veronica) assisting my table even had a bandaid at the ready when my autistic daughter requested one for a mostly imaginary wound. As I wrote that sentence, Nicole had again flagged down another waitress seeking additional first aid. Whereas, Dusty, apparently the misplaced hostess, sort of freaked out when Nicole greeted her and introduced herself. A tiring routine. The restroom and dining areas both tidy and fit. This location I noticed on my way out has a plaque or framed notice acknowledging this truth. As for grub. You won't find better without some effort. This stop is the second Dennys since hopping off my 737 in SeaTac and waking up in the worst Red Lion standing. That's it's own review. That's Dennys was not spotless nor was it welcoming, but I imagine it has some girls for the late night dateless and in need of a grand slam. read more

This was our first time dining at this particular Denny's restaurant They are using good covid precautions such as disinfecting the tables and booths and people are spread out a good distance from each other. The food took forever but came out hot and fresh. Coffee was good and our server was friendly and attentive. The window sill and pull down shade, at our table, were gross. Pictures attached. Cleanliness is important to me so I hope that they will see this and take some time to deep clean their restaurant. read more

Waited 30 min to even order and the server kept looking at us and walking away. 3 parties came after us and had food before we could even order including a party of 6. Waited 30 more minutes for food and it was emesis inducing it was so bad. Burned to char and even the coffee was burnt. I'm done with any and all Dennys horrible service is the norm. read more

Been to quite a few Dennys in my life but holy crap was I disappointed in this one in particular. Food was mediocre but you're not coming to dennys for a 5 star mean either. Our waitress took our order and all was well. She never ONCE checked on us, and she forgot the side of fries I ordered but she basically avoided our table the whole time we were there. It's 11 at night and the restaurant is extremely slow so there's no "we were busy" excuse. We sat there for well over 20 min waiting for her to bring our checks and as I'm looking for her she's out smoking a cigarette. I get fed up and walk to the counter to cash out my meal and the cashier was too busy chatting with her co workers to even acknowledge me. Awful customer service and even worse food. read more

I tell you I have been to many restaurants and ordered T-Bone steak but when I was here and Janaye was there she did amazing I would have to say it was one of the best steaks I have had and I just went to Outback Steakhouse yesterday and they screwed up my order. The last two times I have tried to place an order online and has been unavailable. So I go to the restaurant and the manager stated that she turned it off and when you try to call in an order I am told that they are closed but when I go there once again, the manager says she turned that option off. Not everyone wants to sit there and wait for their food. Some of us like to call in and pick it up or order it online and have it delivered. Do better Dennys manager do better. read more

I used to love this place. But the eggs now are just soaked in grease and they dont even try to make their food look like the picture they advertise. Their bacon is floppy and greasy. Denny's is always a safe bet for pretty good food. I had the salad with chicken.. gotta get the protein! It first came out with the wrong chicken. Our server Shannon was friendly, sincere and very efficient and corrected the error promptly. Denny's.. you should give that girl a deserving raise. Good food, great service. See y'all next time A group of 10 of us ate at Denny's today. The restaurant was not busy but service was not good. Some of the food has sat on the counter for 15 minutes and was served cold. The to-go order was not complete and when my niece mentioned it to a server that was helping our table her reply was "I'm not your waitress". Overall poor service the food that was hot was good. We were overcharged check-our and finally the friendly manager took care of it. I I've been back to Denny's a few times since my band experience and it has been very good. Went for Mother's Day dinner at 7pm - a party of four. We were seated right away, but it took 10 minutes to see a waitress. No water served. The meal was taking a really long time -- after 45 minutes, I spotted what could be our order on a tray, where it sat there nearly 10 minutes before the server brought it to us. One order wasn't ready, but we were served the ther three, and AWOLthe "rare" steak was medium. When the missing order was brought, it was burnt! Rather than wait another hour for a replacement, we just took it as a carry out and went home. The server appealed to the manager to reduce the ticket price, so we were not charged for half of the burned order. Many servers (not ours) were standing around doing nothing, and the cooks obviously didn't know what they were doing. The manager was AWOL. read more

We went to Dennys Wednesday and it was a table of 10. Everything was going well intill our orders came. Well at least some of our orders. I got a burger and my dad did to, and it was so dry! I couldn't even eat it. So far I would give it a 3 but then we had to wait like 20 minutes for one of our orders and then another order waited like 30 minutes after we got most of our food! If I could give zero stars I would. 3 cooks in the kitchen and the slowest food turn out I've ever seen. This was our second breakfast here. Both times, upon seating we were told it would be 30-40 minute wait. First time it was 35. Today it was over an hour. The hostess sat every table in one section, one after the other. That poor waitress was running her tail off. Kitchen staff showed no hassle and at times had to stand and discuss a ticket. They have too much business to have such a poorly run kitchen and floor. Our food was very over cooked (soggy potatoes with mushy onions, mushrooms and peppers. Potatoes were as dark as they could be and not burnt, but they were horribly soggy as well. Portion size has been severely reduced. When we mentioned our overcooked food to our server, she had set the food and leaving, and holl back over her shoulder that they are required to melt cheese under the warming lights (????). Worst meal ever. Two times and they failed both times. We will not be returning. read more

My wife that is 7 1/2 moths pregnant we sat down and had dinner the waitress didn't move the chemicals that where right next to her which she read that if you breathe it in or get it on ur skin it could be extremely hazardous when we first arrived one of the waitress was bragging about how much he maid that night and had the other waitress trying to catch up which in return my wife and I waited 30 mins on our entree to come which was sitting on the counter getting cold we have been going their for over 5 years for my self my wife has been going their for years she wasn't impressed by the cooking at all. Looks like your regular Denny's inside and out, my server was kind, and cordial, but not a great listener. I ordered the t-bone with side salad and zucchini with tea. The salad was made with inedible chunks of bitter, yellow iceberg lettuce, after asking the server specifically for actual green leaf lettuce. (When I ordered she assured me that the salad mixture was both romaine and iceberg). Got my dressing in order wrong too. The T-bone was disgusting, pre-packaged, brined from corporate vendor, color of cardboard, no pinkness to the center, tasted like processed meat. Even sauteed zucchini tasted bad, like beef tallow. I will say the tea was decent and the toast was passable. Manager scowled at me as she adjusted my tab to remove inedible items. I left hungry. read more

Update: This place STINKS! Literally! It smells to high-heaven. It ALWAYS stinks like urine. They have no restroom attendant, guys pee on the floor in the restroom by the urinal, then it gets tracked out into the dining area. I suspect that their "cleaning" person doesn't use a different mop for the dining area, than what is used in the restrooms. We have complained about the smell but apparently management is nose-blind or doesn't care. Food and service are usually pretty good here, though. read more

I waited 30 minutes and we still didn't get my food, and I only got my eggs, bacon, and hash browns and I had to wait 10 more minutes to get my pancakes.
