Big shout out to my friend for suggesting to use a moving helping company because I had to move during the week day and all my friends have Monday-Friday jobs and even myself I had to take time off in order to move. More on the company though; they were superior in customer service, physical capable of carrying anything no matter how heavy, big, or weirdly shaped, they will get it done. I'm happy that I went through with their service because it saved me a great deal of time. If you're too occupied to move yourself I recommend using Legit Movers!

I had no issues with the pack or the move. The crew that was sent was very personable, diligent, and fairly quick with the pack and move. I think it took about six hours total. No issues with the service there. However, after unpacking, my TV screen was cracked. I submitted a damage claim form as directed by their customer care department. After a few days the responded with a denial of my claim. It was disappointing that they would not accept responsibility for the damage and insinuated that I was the one who damaged the TV, or at the very least, because I did not see the damage before they left (or in their words) "there were no damages reported during the move", that they would not assume responsibility. Looks like I'll be visiting a rage room soon with my broken TV.

The company did not mention extra fees for moving a piano or additional workers when we made the booking. Everything was highly unorganized. The movers took close to half an hour to bring my partner's piano upstairs and did not remove the casters from the bottom, causing them to break. Several other items were dropped and damaged or broken. To top it off, one of the employees started to become violent and fight with his coworkers while trying to move our belongings to our new house. When I called in to see if the company would pay for items they damaged, the woman who answered became angry and accused me of lying to get a refund. We thought using a moving company instead of renting a truck and hiring day laborers would make the move less stressful, but we were wrong.
