There were still five customers dining, but I was turned away at the door without any courtesy or explanation beyond, "We already called last call". I understand closing times, but refusing a pregnant woman who just wanted to sit and eat while others were still being served? Completely heartless and unprofessional. I have heard about this place because of the big bone beef ribs and driven past enough times that I decided to try it with the cute name to tame the 108-degree heat of early summer. Will I return? probably not. They have a deal for veterans and first responders which is nice. However, it was a loud place. Possibly the extensive brick work inside or reverberating music plus staff conversations but everyone was talking over each other, and it was hard to hear much of anything which the table behind us ended up taking their food to go instead of sitting. $38 for the beef ribs was a hefty price increase over the $28 in March pictures so I avoided it. We ordered the Large Shrimp Pho with fresh noodles, rice with grilled pork, and a couple drinks. I asked for a refill but was told no. For a $5 lemonade, it was "really worth it" according to the waiter. I disagree. After looking over the menu, I suggested leaving after we ordered our drinks and looked for another place to eat as they asked for our entrée order but was persuaded to stay and my first instinct was correct. They had a nice selection of sauces Left to right: Hoisin (salty soybean type sauce), Sriracha, Garlic and Chili sauce, and a fermented hot sauce with cut Chili's. The pho was below average, and they did include a few lime slices which were nice but could have had more vegetables. Usually, we get an enormous amount from any other Pho place. Just tried this place today. As soon as we entered we were immediately greeted and seated. Everything was clean and welcoming. I liked the 3D art they had on the wall left of the counter. It looked like what may have been different types of ingredients that they use in their shop. Not sure but it was cute. I noticed through out our meal that as soon as a new customer entered, whether it was dine-in or pick up, they were immediate welcomed. Even as things started to pick up as we were finishing up. We had ordered: - Kobe wagyu pho from the special menu. - Bun Bo hue - Da Oxtail - fried egg rolls Everything was 10/10. The egg rolls were 9/10, as a member of the group wished there was more veggie. I personally disagree and enjoyed them a lot. The meat and veggies were fresh. The broth was nicely seasoned, light yet flavorful. And definitely try out the sauces they have. I tried what I think was garlic chili sauce. So yummy and didn't overtake in flavor when adding it to my pho. I wouldn't be surprised if they made it in house. I live up in the NW and my friend suggested to come here because it was popular on IG. As someone who grew up in the heart of little saigon in CA, the pho it up was such a gimmick and the pho is subpar. It pretty much is just for the gram. I wouldn't drive all the way to get pho here again as there is better pho on spring mountain and even up where I currently live. Their Vietnamese coffee was really good and not super sweet. Came in for a late lunch on our way from LA to Utah. The big bone pho is good, but you really have to appreciate marrow and the gelatinous stuff that comes off the bone. To my untrained palate the broth was very tasty. Nice, clean location with good A/C, and really fast, friendly service. In a town with many food options, this is worth a try. We're from out of town. And we now just found our go to pho spot. We liked that they are small business owners and not a franchise. The waitress we had was friendly and offered suggestions. I got the ox tail pho and the husband got the angus beef pho, my 7yr got the pork chops meal. The food was delicious. The broth made it the best. Slowly cooked ox tail was my favorite. Angus beef was a lot, enough to share. Both meat was tender, savory, and falls right off the bone. The pork chops were absolutely delicious, tender and a generous portion. The atmosphere was comfortable, no loud music and people there looked happy, and the workers were helpful. We will definitely be back. If you're in Vegas or Henderson, you gotta try this place. Tried this place out with my sister. Super new to the area and of course located in a plaza with ample parking. The restaurant is quaint with ample seating. The customer service was great. The workers were quick to get our order and quick to serve the food. You can build your own pho if you want. The serving of the broth, meat, and vegetables were equally proportionate. The food was great, my favorite is the oxtail pho. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys anything with oxtail. It was definitely "fall off the bone" and tender. My husband and I get our pedicures at MJ Nails next door & that same owner opened this pho restaurant..so they give you a little discount if you show your receipt from MJ. Now for the pho. K so no exaggeration but I think this is the best pho broth I've ever had in my life!!! And we've been to Vietnam before! They said it's a secret family recipe. I was literally mind blown! I came here because I saw an instagram foodie video and have driven by it a few times so finally stopped to try it with my family! We are Vietnamese and eat tons of Vietnamese food, and I will say that the pho itself was one of the most rich and flavorful broths I've ever had. I was most excited for the thick noodles and they were delicious. We also had a vermicelli bowl and Chinese sausage rice. It was all very good. The spring rolls were pretty small and didn't have anything special. The staff were all very kind and upbeat!! The only downside to this place is the price. The cheapest bowl of pho with nothing in it is $15 (I think, I may be wrong,) but everything here was the most expensive pho place I've been to yet. Also, the military discount is only for a couple hours a couple days a week. I know it's nice to offer the military discount in general, but seems kind of pointless. I do want to come back to try their specialty coffees, but I think if I was craving Vietnamese I'd still go to a cheaper place with equal quality. Still delicious though! read more

Traveled across town to try the beef bone and the oxtail pho. Service was quite good but the metal chairs are about as butt friendly as fence post. Make sure you sit in a booth. The Pho was pretty good, but not exceptional. If you just want a good pho at a decent price with really good service while in that area of town, stop in. So good and probably our new favorite in the area. The parking lot is tough to get into due to St Rose but if you're able to frogged your way to this place, you will then have to find a parking spot. We are so glad we've got a new pho spot closer to home and it is good. A little pricier than your normal pho spots hence the 4 stars but the portion is satisfying. The restaurant is clean, a lot more tables than expected, service was great and there were people dining in and out. Stopped by recently when the weather was cool, raining and pho would definitely hit the spot. The broth was amazing. Really good depth of flavor and made in house. You could tell it was simmered for many hours. While the cost might seem a bit high for pho, their dishes are super customizable and you can tell the quality of the ingredients is higher. I must start by saying this place is amazing. I went on a windy Saturday night and it definitely hit the spot. The restaurant was a cute little small pho spot with very nice and attentive staff. But the food itself... omg when I took the first sip of the broth it really hit my soul lol. It was very savory. It's perfect for the weather right now but since I am asian myself I will be here for the summer as well. The portions are huge and make sense that it is around $16-22 for a bowl.
