I've honestly never left a review on Yelp or Google before, but this experience was so good that I felt compelled to share it. I recently purchased a hot tub for my family from Spa & Sauna Company, and Liam made the entire process exceptional from start to finish. Before visiting the store, I had done some research on the type of hot tub we wanted, but once you start looking seriously, the number of options becomes overwhelming--different brands, sizes, salt systems vs. traditional sanitation, lounge seats vs. no lounge, installation considerations, maintenance, and more. When I walked into the store, I appreciated that I could browse for a bit without anyone immediately approaching me with a sales pitch. At just the right moment, Liam came over, introduced himself, and let me know he'd be happy to help if I had any questions. What followed was honestly one of the best sales experiences I've ever had for a major purchase. Liam took the time to really listen to what I was looking for. He walked me through several options and clearly explained the pros and cons of different models--including both less expensive and more premium options. At no point did I feel pressured toward a particular model or add-on. The conversation felt informative, relaxed, and genuinely helpful, and it ultimately helped us find the perfect hot tub for our family. But the support didn't stop after the purchase. Liam helped us think through the best location on our deck for installation, worked through the delivery logistics quickly and smoothly, and has continued to be available afterward to answer questions. As first-time hot tub owners, we had plenty--everything from chemicals and temperature settings to water balance and general maintenance. Liam has been incredibly responsive and helpful through all of it. We've now had the hot tub for about a month and our family absolutely loves it. Like I said, I've literally never written an online review before, but this experience deserved one. If you're looking for a hot tub and aren't sure where to start, Spa & Sauna Company has a great selection--and if you want someone knowledgeable who will guide you through the process without any pressure, ask for Liam.

After we opened it this summer, we found that the pool was leaking. Called Pool Guys and DANIELLE was great at talking a good game. She sent repairmen out twice and each time they couldn't find the leak. The second repairman told my wife she would have to call another company to do a dye test at our expense. I called DANIELLE back and this is when she showed her true colors. This is when she started to pass the buck back to the store where we bought the pool. I questioned why I should pay for a leak test when the pool was under warranty. She told me to get in the pool and look for the leak myself. (This is how POOL GUYS stands behind their work.) So I did get in the pool and found the leak myself. I texted DANIELLE the following morning and told her I found the leak. In response, I received a very nasty text from her warning me that she didn't like the way I talked to her on the previous evening and that she wouldn't do business with me if I questioned POOL GUYS standing behind their work again. I had not swore or yelled at her - just expressed concern with how POOL GUYS wasn't standing behind their work and warranty. DANIELLE wanted to keep arguing with me via text, which was getting us nowhere. I had to redirect her from her little tirade to focus on getting the pool repaired. DANIELLE had promised that POOL GUYS would stand behind their work. So she sent the original installers out again. The installers are good guys, but their office staff SUCKS. The installers confirmed the leak in the liner. The next morning, DANIELLE texted me and washed her hands of the matter and told me I would have to talk to the store where we bought the pool and we could pay POOL GUYS to replace the liner once we get it. I guess this is POOL GUYS idea of "standing behind their work." POOL GUYS DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Why would I pay them to do warranty work on a leak that obviously resulted from their installation? I have read other reviews on YELP that have complained about the office staff . I wish I had read those reviews before allowing this company in my yard. Buyer beware. DANIELLE needs to be fired, and the owner(s) need to develop some ethical standards.

My husband said the father seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest when he came to quote. We paid the $1000 deposit and the start date was scheduled. Day one seemed to go well. However, from day two until the completion of the pool, their communication sucked. There were multiple days that they just didn't show up with no notification. We didn't hear anything until we reached out to them wondering why the no show. They claimed they had emergency jobs that pulled them away. We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. Ultimately, the pool looks beautiful and everything seems to be running fine. I am pleased with the final out come. I am not sure if I would recommend.

They take ZERO responsibility for how they delivered the hot tub knowing it needed to be properly safeguarded until we are ready for the pad to be poured. Other issues have developed as well. Whatever the sales staff tells you is not accurate or true. Their word means nothing. My advice is to stay away from Paradise Valley Spa as all they care about it taking one's dollars vs taking care of the customer. Shame on them. This is not a place anyone should do business with. Don't be…read morediscouraged by a few one star reviews on here...look at the work he did and the FIVE STARS reviews from all of his clients, it speaks volumes. At first, when I called him, he said that his work is expensive. I felt a little uncomfortable and thought that how does he know how much I am willing to pay for this project. But then I realized that if someone who is brave enough to say such a thing, he must be good at what he is doing. Besides, I believe in "you get what you paid for". So I called him right back and explained to him what I wanted to do. He came to my house the next day and spent a good amount of time inspecting the property. He did not give me a quote but said it is not worth doing what I wanted to do. He gave me advise on alternative solutions and provided valuable information that I would not have known otherwise. After this experience, I feel like John is the only one that I would trust to do work for my forever pool. We got pricing from Adams Pool and AquaGunite and they were both very close. After speaking with my friend about his experience with John, I decided to meet with him to discuss other options. Let me start by saying, comparing Stonebridge to companies like Adams, Royal, AquaGunite, etc... is like comparing apples and oranges. They are not on the same level. Think of it like comparing a Ferrari to a Honda. John had a vision for our pool and although it entailed much more work and money than we originally figured we ultimately ended up going with John for our project. John was clear in communicating pricing, time frames, sequence of work and would always answer the phone when I called. We ended up adding and deleting scope and John was 100% fair in his pricing for both additive and deductive change orders. Believe me, I scrutinized everything.... John provided very fair and honest pricing which is hard to come by these days. The finish product is truly incredible. Stonework is flawless, pool design is off the charts, and the sheer power and performance of the equipment is unbelievable. The waterfalls, LED lighting, spa jets, spa fountain, in floor cleaning system, solar system, redundant in wall returns, travertine decking, and diving rocks are something I could have never imagined nor do I think any other pool builder I talked too could have imagined. John also got through the Woodside Bldg Dept which is no easy task! Now all this comes at a price so if you are looking for a bare bones, cheap pool installation / remodel contractor, John is not your guy. However, I feel like John's pricing is fair for the work he provides which again is above and beyond anything you will see from the big box competitors. Unmatched workmanship. Here are some details of our project. We have a free form, 35,000 gallon pool with a separate spa that overflows into the pool behind boulder wall. The scope of the project was a complete remodel which took about 7 months (majority was the stone work not the actual pool) to complete and included the following: 1) Demolition of existing spa, raised pool wall, and interior plaster, decking, piping, etc.. 2) Installation of new spa at opposite end of pool. New spa included (4) new in floor cleaning heads, (6) upper jets on separate pump with dedicated booster pump, (4) lower jets on separate pump with dedicated booster pump, fountain on separate pump, and new LED lighting. The power of this spa is amazing. I have been to numerous spas/hotels and I have never experienced the type of power this spa has. Oh, I forgot to add that the spa is located 115' away from the equipment room. John's plumber Raphael did an incredible job with the plumbing and equipment installation. He usually needs 28' of wall space for the amount of equipment we had going in. We only had about 1/4 of that space for him to work in and he somehow did it. Pumps are on custom stands, etc.. Really impressive plumbing job. 3) Installation of boulders on 40 lineal feet section of pool. There were about (25) boulders that varied in size and shape. They smallest weighed about 1,500lbs and the largest was almost 10,000lbs. Within the boulders we have (3) separate waterfalls that are on a dedicated pump and return. John personally placed and arraigned the boulders and they look amazing. The waterfalls are classy and functional. It is a very natural look. 4) Installation of new raised pool wall (approx 80 lineal feet). This was a serious undertaking and John and his crew did not cut corners. They epoxied the rebar in to the existing pool beam both horizontally and vertically. Compared to the previous wall that was cinder block this thing is bomb proof. And needed to be since we added almost 50,000lbs of boulders on top of it. 5) Install pebble tech finish, solar, in floor passive heating/cleaning heads. 6) Installation of new 10' diameter beach entrance with built in umbrella stand and multiple in floor cleaning heads. This really gave the pool a unique look and tied the raised wall / stairs into the pool like never before. 7) Installation of roughly 2,000 square feet of travertine as well as 2-1/2" bull nose for entire pool coping. John told us all the benefits of Travertine and I must say that after using the pool the past few weeks, everyone is TRUE!!! It is very smooth to the touch yet not slippery at all when wet and stays unbelievably cool to the touch even after hours of sunlight beating down on it. Glad we listen to him... 8) Installation of travertine over the top of existing stairs - there were (13) steps that were about 10' wide each. This took considerable time as each step needed to be chiseled down to accommodate the new bull nose. It came out looking incredible and was worth the time and mone

They are poor business people who I do not trust. I was treated rudely by both. I could have had their tub almost immediately but I figured if they will treat me poorly on about a $6000 purchase (they were less than Jacuzzi), what will happen after they have my money & I have a problem? Jacuzzi of course is the name brand. I can trust them. I also trust Ed Moore. We were told that due Covid supply chain issues the wait about be 10-12 months. We waited a little longer. Everyone was polite & responsive. Robert, head of the delivery crew was helpful. We bought the J-315 which is a smaller unit. That is all of the space we had. The purchase was for relaxing sore muscles & not for parties. It was $9000+ when I ordered & $13,000+ today. The manual explains a lot but doesn't explain everything. That is where ED MOORE comes in. I visited him a few times & was a question box. Everything is functioning properly. The jets hit the areas I want them to hit. However, in less than two years, the spa cover started deteriorating quickly. I don't think it's going to last through the summer. Customer service asked for a photo of the warranty tag on the cover. There is no tag and no evidence there ever was one. During several calls and emails, customer service insisted the cover manufacturer would not honor the warranty without the tag. An attorney I spoke to said this is illegal: I have the original receipt and Paradise does, of course, have a record of the sale, both of which should be enough to prove the sale. After I insisted, customer service ghosted me. I'm probably going to have to take them to small claims court.
